Team members will participate in fun and creative activities that apply resource management skills and build group cohesion. Low Course Team Debriefings After every activity, team members participate in a group discussion about their experience to build relationships and gain individuals’ commitment to the team’s goals. The Low Course brings your group together in a problem-solving environment. Building from the simple to the complex, each element of the Low Course provides a platform for decision-making and teamwork. Elements such as the Swinging Log and Mountain Tops are fun activities that require communication, cooperation and compromise. This hands-on approach to group development strengthens your team’s confidence and trust.
