JAPANESE GRADE A5 MIYAZAKI BEEF
Miyazaki Beef is 100% purebred Japanese Black Wagyu imported
from the Miyachiku co-op in Miyazaki. For the past 10 years,
Miyazaki prefecture has produced the highest quality beef
in Japan, even higher than the renowned Kobe Beef.
Japanese Beef is graded into 15 grades from C1 to A5,
with the coveted A5 classification being awarded only
to cuts that demonstrate the most exceptional
marbling, color, firmness, texture and luster.
YUZU SHABU is proud to serve only the finest
Grade A5 cuts of this exquisite Miyazaki Beef.

The Red King Crab is the most prized
species of crab in the world. Fished from
the frigid waters of Bristol Bay in Alaska
by a small group of dedicated fishermen,
quanities are extremely limited.
The meat of the Red King Crab is snowwhite and has a rich, succulent flavor that is
sought after around the world.
