ABC Free Students learn the letters of the alphabet and their sounds. Be sure to go to the wheel and choose settings for your students. Levels include simple counting, elementary and advanced arithmetic, algebra, trigonometry, number base conversion. Fraction Math Level 1A by Recession Apps Fraction Math teaches fractions at the elementary level. 1. What are fractions and how to identify fractions. 2. What are the numerator and denominator. 3. What are improper and proper fractions. 4. What are mixed numbers. 5. After each lesson, the child can try exercises. The exercises are structured to be non-stressful. If the child gets it wrong, it provides hints, with more hints each time. Finally the answer will be provided if the child still does not get it correct after the third try. Learn to Tell Time There are four activities in this initial version: Tell Time, Elapsed Time, Time After, and Time Before. Tell Time shows a clock and asks the child what time is it? Elapsed Time shows two clocks and ask the child to figure out how much time has passed between the first clock and second clock. Time After shows a clock and then asks the child to figure out what the new time will be after a specific number of hours and minutes have passed. Time Before shows a clock and then asks the child to figure out what the new time will be before a specific number of hours and minutes. Touch Show Time and the Kid Klok shows the time Math Stacker Math Stacker requires the player to use the touch input feature of the iPod Touch to determine the equivalence relationships among fractions, decimals, and percentage values and use it to sort a list of such values. PopMath Basic Math •PopMath is a game for kids of all ages to practice basic math. Pairs of bubbles float on the screen and your goal is to pop each pair. For example, one bubble says "7" and another says "3+4". Simply touch one bubble and then the other to pop them both. •You can choose different operators: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. •Once you've popped all pairs on a level, you see your time for that level and can move on to the next level, or keep practicing that level. •New levels increase the numbers shown in the bubbles, up to 1000 for addition/subtraction and 20 for multiplication/division. •The last level is saved so you can start again at that level if you want, or simply "Go to Level 1" again.
