KIM PANGESTU AND HER PASSION Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, Pastry Chef Kim Pangestu has worked with well-known pastry chefs in Australia, Adriano Zumbo, Kristen Tibbals, and Peter Doyle to name a few. When several years in Australia made the chef longed to feel home again, she came back to Jakarta and started her own online pastry shop “Kimmy Patisserie” before teamed up with Chef Arnold at NOMZ Kicthen & Pastry, take part as the Head Ched of Nomz pastry. “Being a chef, for me, is to make simple things taste extraordinary” is a statement from the pastry chef, which describe her way to create dessert variation, from plated dessert, cakes, cookies, chocolate, and bakery. Kim’s ideas on desserts are inspired by her own experiences and favorite things, a simple idea which turns out extraordinary in her creative hand. We hope that you will enjoy our dessert selection.
