• Generating Purchase Orders from the Sales Order for either Drop Ship or
Warehouse receipt.
• Summarize the Sales Order Transaction – Sales, Cost of Goods (Item Cost,
Miscellaneous Charges, Miscellaneous Credits), Gross Profit Dollars, and Gross
Profit Percentage.
▪ Edit Item Cost - override may be a hard cost, or a percentage of margin
▪ Edit item Price - override may be a hard price, or a percentage of gross
profit margin
▪ Miscellaneous credits or charges not invoiced to customer would be allocated to
total line cost based upon higher allocation of weight or cube.
• Weight and Cube Functionality
▪ Selection of trailer/container type
▪ Entry of the number of trailer/containers
▪ Accumulated weight and cube calculations
• Invoiced Charges/Credits that will be passed along to the customer on the invoice.
