After the launch party, our very own rancher, Raymond Hiro, appeared on the Hawaii News Now Sunrise morning show to cook two tasty recipes with our Moloka‘i Ranch Beef. Last month, the ranch hosted an exclusive tasting event at the awardwinning 12th Ave Grill for top chefs and leaders of the local food community. In attendance were chefs and managers of the most notable restaurants in Hawai‘i, including Chef Mavro, Michel’s, Morimoto Waikiki, Kai Market, The Plaza Club, ‘Ama ‘Ama and Highway Inn. We received nothing but positive reviews of Moloka‘i Ranch Beef, and we plan to hold more events in the future to give people the opportunity to taste our quality 100% grassfed Angus. Look for Moloka‘i Ranch Beef on the menu at local restaurants this holiday season.
