A journey… Childhood to adulthood...
Obstacles along the way, but no
instructions, no guidebook…
In a skilfully crafted piece of theatre, two
parallel stories interweave and interact to
take young people along a bumpy path of

Eight different stories explore issues such
as bullying and body image, take kids on
a journey of migration to SA and fly them
through space in a rocket simulator! For
kids aged 9 – 13, not to be missed!

Scientist and performer Dr. Niamh Shaw
has dreamed of space travel from the age
of eight. After years of pursuing various
career paths, she decided to spend the
whole of 2014 trying to get into space. In a
multimedia performance she explores the
beauty, darkness and humanity of Space.
In the 1980s there were few pop groups,
male or female, as big as Bananarama.
Hailing from the UK, these brash ladies
became International fashion and music
icons. They took the music world by storm
with hits including Cruel Summer, I Heard
A Rumour, Robert De Niro’s Waiting, Love In
The First Degree and Venus.30 years later,
Bananarama returns to Australia!
Belinda’s first venture into music was as
the drummer for the LA punk band The
Germs, under the name Dottie Danger,
it didn’t last long what with drumming not
being her natural forte and all so she left
and joined The Go-Go’s. After the initial
breakup of The Go-Go’s in 1985 Belinda
picked herself up, dusted herself off and
embarked upon a solo career.

of further employment both within
Holden Street Theatres and the wider arts
