Each individual plaque can be custom printed with
the recipient’s name.
Multiple styles available:
- Soccer (Used for Soccer only)
- Home Plate (Used for Baseball or Softball

- Marble (Used for Ice Hockey only)
- Cherry (wood) finish (Used for any sport that
does not have a sport specific plaque)
- High School (Used for all school or large
format sports)
Team photos measure 5x7 for all plaques except
for High School, which measure 8x10.

Alternate Payment Methods
Sportobucks and/or Merchandise Coupons are given to leagues as needed. The reasons for these
items vary greatly and could be for anything from a contractual league obligation to ‘thank you’s to
board members for doing something special. Lifetouch Sports branded samples TBA.

Image Capture Questions
Q: Can we preview the photo today?
A: Thanks for asking, unfortunately we aren't able to allow for
site image review by parents due to time constraints. We are
committed to providing the best service to all of our
customers and want to ensure we are able to photograph
each child in the time allotted. If for any reason you are
unhappy with your child's portrait we will gladly re-take your
child's picture or provide a full refund.
Q: Can we have a different pose?
A: Certainly, the standard poses have been designed to give
you the best portrait possible, but if you have a specific pose
in my mind we would be happy to make an accommodation.
Order Issue Questions
Q: I didn't get last year's order or have an issue with it - what do I do?
A: I am sure that has been frustrating, I apologize for any inconvenience. Our
Customer Service Department will be able to help you with this concern. (Hand them
the business card for Customer Service and point out the phone number on the card).
Q: You took my son’s school pictures and we don’t like it – when is re-take day?
A: I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we are only your league photography
provider. Please contact your child's school regarding information about your class
pictures.
Q: What do I do if I don’t like my photos?
A: We are committed to providing you photographs that you will cherish for a lifetime
and we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your portraits. If for any
reason you are not happy with your photos simply call our Customer Service Center to
discuss retaking your child's portrait or receiving a refund. The number to the
Customer Service Center is listed on an insert in your portrait package.
O.P.R. Questions
Q: I forgot my OPR ticket at home – how do I get my order?
A: Please complete the yellow replacement ticket and complete the required
fields. The form needs to be completed exactly how you entered the
information online so that we can connect your portrait with the online order.
For example do not write Nick if Nicholas was entered online.
Q: Can I place my order online tonight?
A: In order for us to take your child's photograph we need to have an order
form to ensure order accuracy. We can provide you with a traditional order
form now, so that your child can be photographed.
Q: I need to change my OPR order – what do I do?
A: We would be happy to help with that. Please give our Customer Service
Center a call the next business day. The information you will need is listed on
this form. (Hand the customer the OPR Order Change Request Form in your
Admin Crate.
Payment Questions
Q: I don’t have my wallet with me - do I have to pay today?
A: Not a problem, I can help you with that. Please fill out an order form
so that I can photograph your child. Within the next two to three
business days, call our Customer Service Center listed on this card.
Please make sure to include your e-mail address on your form. If you
don't have the opportunity to give the Customer Service Center a call,
they will follow-up with a e-mail to you in the next few weeks. (Hand
customer a Customer Service business card) Your order will be
processed as soon as the payment is received.
Q: Do I get a discount for multiple children?
A: Review the event order sheet to ensure there are no discounts. If no
discount was noted, respond with the following: "Unfortunately we do
not have a multiple child discount. I would be happy to take a
photograph of both of your children together versus individual
photographs of each child if you would prefer."

Q: I have multiple orders/children – can I write 1 check?
A: Certainly. Please place your check in one of the forms and
mark the box that labeled "Check". On the other form simply
check the box labeled "Payment enclosed in another order
form". Be sure to the list the other child you are paying for in
the space provided.
Q: I have a Lifetouch Sports Coupon for a free product or
Sportobucks - can I order more and pay the difference?
A: Certainly. Simply enclose the coupon/Sportobucks along
with a check, credit card or cash for the difference.
Q: My children are in 2 different programs – why are the
prices different?
A: Lifetouch Sports pricing varies by organization. Prices are
agreed upon by the Organization and Lifetouch Sports. I
apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Product Questions
Q: Do I have to order a package?
A: Our goal is to provide options that fit every families needs.
You may order a package, a-la-carte, or a combination of both.
Q: What is image enhancement?? Will it remove all my
child’s zits?
A: Image Enhancement is a filter that basically lightly softens
the image. It does not remove blemishes or imperfections.
Did you have any other questions I could help you with?
Q: Can we order more photos later?
A: Absolutely. Instructions on how to re-order by phone or
online will be provided with your child's order. Do you have
any other questions I can help you with?

Q: Do we get a free team photo or any free product?
Review the event sheet before answering this and respond
accordingly:
A: Yes, your league is providing every child with a
complimentary (insert name of free products here). or
A: Unfortunately there are no complimentary products
provided by the league this season. Was there something in
particular you were interested in purchasing?
Q: How long until we receive our photos? and/or
Will our photos ship to our home?
A: Photos typically ship within 10 business days. These photos
will (select one - see event sheet): ship to the league for
distribution so please check with your league in a few weeks
ship directly to you and will arrive via USPS shortly after they
ship.
Schedule Questions
Q: Our team isn’t scheduled for another hour but we have to go now.
A: If the entire team is present and ready you can take them as long as it is not
interfering with another team's time on the schedule. If the schedule does not allow
for the photograph to be taken, respond by saying: We are committed to providing the
best service to all of our customers. Unfortunately, I have other teams scheduled at
this time. If you would like to speak with another coach and switch time slots we
would be happy to change the schedule. (We can also just take an individual photo for
the customer.)
Q: We are missing a few players for the team – can we re-take the team photo once
they are all here?
A: Our photographer will start with the individuals photographs, this will allow time
for the remaining team members to arrive. A team photo will need to be taken by the
end of the day with all present team members. If the need arises, your league's photo
coordinator can discuss the opportunity to retake the team picture with Lifetouch
Sports. (Do not suggest or imply we guarantee this can/will happen.)
Q: My child’s team is coming later or was here earlier and we weren’t able to be
there – can you add him/her to the team photo?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove individuals from the team
photograph. However, we do have several packages and a-la-carte items that can be
ordered that do not include a team photograph.

Q: I ordered a package - do you have my
Shutterfly coupon?
A: Great! You will automatically receive a
promotional code and instructions with your
portrait order as long as you selected and paid
for a qualifying package.
