Side wall blower cabinets contain blowers, prefilters, cooling coils, acoustical lining and other controls. These blower cabinets feed upper plenum sections that contain gel seal HEPA filters, tear drop lights, and perforated diffuser screens. Perforated raised floors can also be added for improved airflow. Series 560 — The Series 560 vertical flow cleanroom system is designed for Class 100 and Class 10 applications where near 100% ceiling filter coverage is required. The modular plenum sections utilize top-mounted blowers, minimizing the overall footprint of the cleanroom. The modular plenum sections can be suspended from an existing building or can utilize a self-contained support frame. Series 582 — This hardwall cleanroom has metal wall panels and a nest-tight ceiling grid system. It is typically used for applications where air is recirculated within the cleanroom. Air conditioning is added to the room for comfort or for process control. Series 583 — The Series 583 hardwall cleanroom utilizes metal wall and ceiling panels. The room wall joints can be sealed for pharmaceutical or food processing applications. Sealed-light, room-side replaceable filters with stainless steel grills are used. Also features cleanable wall returns. Series 591 — This hardwall cleanroom is a modular cleanroom system with high visual appeal. Available in Class 100,000 to Class 10, the Series 591 uses a clear anodized aluminum support frame and either clear or white wall panels. The ridged walls allow the cleanroom to operate at a higher pressure than softwall rooms. This system utilizes fullperimeter wall air returns for improved room airflow. Clear spans are available up to 30 feet without center support. Specifications subject to change. Please contact factory for details. The plenum sections can be furnished with the blower located on the top or end of the unit. Options include support legs, curtains, and teardrop or flush-mount lights. Multiple units can be assembled together to form a larger room. The vertical flow plenum module provides close to 100% ceiling filter coverage. It is designed for clean areas that require 90 to 100 LFPM laminar flow downstream from the filter face. Integral blowers supply a common plenum for HEPA filters in that section. Units can be supplied with gasketted or gel seal filters and housings made of painted or stainless steel. Series 556 — This drum sampling booth is a recirculating vertical flow cleanroom system with a modular plenum section. The blower, motor, and large capacity prefilter with optional cooling coils are located in the side wall cabinets. The air is drawn from the clean area, prefiltered, and then blown through the room. Side-replaceable HEPA filters are located in the upper plenum. Options include stainless steel shell, stainless steel walls, clear curtains, and strip doors in custom configurations. Series 575 — This softwall cleanroom features a 2-foot x 4-foot or 2-foot x 8-foot tube steel upper support frame with integral nest-tight ceiling grid system, a 4-foot x 4-foot angle iron or tube steel support legs, clear spans up to 24 feet, and heights up to 16 feet. Units can be modified to meet California seismic requirements. Available in Class 100,000 to Class 10. Air vents from cleanroom into surrounding space. Temperature and humidity inside the room are determined by the surrounding space. Series 577 — The Series 577 softwall cleanroom features a 3-foot x 3-foot tube steel support frame and 3-foot x 3-foot tube steel legs. Spans are available up to 12 feet or up to 24 feet with a super beam. Height available up to 12 feet. This cleanroom uses a modified 2-foot x 4-foot ceiling grid system. Available in Class 100,000 to Class 10. Specifications subject to change. Please contact factory for details.
