TIRE & W HEEL PRODUCT GUARANTEE: Pro-Tech Seal guarantees that if a road hazard condition damages one or more of your tires and/or
rims, you will be reimbursed for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged tire/rim with a comparable tire/rim. Any repair, installation, mounting,
balancing and taxes will be reimbursed to the Customer or paid directly to the servicing dealer. Tires at time of sale must have at least 6/32” tread. This
Unit is certified by the Selling Dealer to have tires and wheels in proper condition to be eligible for coverage under the Terms and Conditions of this
Product Guarantee. A copy of this Product Guarantee has been given to the Customer and payment is to be submitted within 90 days of the Effective
Date.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Total liability during the entire product guarantee period shall not exceed $5000 or a maximum of 4 tires and 4 wheels
replaced.
CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Product Guarantee coverage is limited to the following passenger vehicles; cars, SUV’s, trucks (of not greater than one-ton capacity), RV’s,
boat trailers and street legal licensed motorcycles.
Commercial Use vehicles (including, but not limited to multi-driver, delivery, ambulance, fire, police, towing, rental, taxi, limousine and racing)
are not eligible for product guarantee coverage.
Tire repair costs are limited to a maximum of $40 per occurrence.
Road Side Service for Tire Change is limited to a maximum of $50. Replacement Vehicle or Accommodation (if >150km from home &
overnight, 3 days maximum) is limited to a $300 re-imbursement and is available on 3, 4, and 5 year $5000 programs only.
No claim will be paid where the tire tread wear indicator has become visible or there is less than 4/32” tread.
These Product Guarantees shall under no circumstances take precedence over the manufacturer’s warranty. Product Guarantee coverage
shall only be provided in Canada and the United States.
Damage caused by normal wear, off-road use, negligence, high speed spin out, vandalism, racing, fire, auto accident, curb impact, overloading,
improper inflation, alignment or balancing, misapplication, chain damage, manufacturer's defects, appearance alteration, impact with any object
not defined as a road hazard, theft, chemical contaminants, dry rot, neglect or abuse is not covered by this Product Guarantee.
Any accident caused by tire blow out or other tire condition is not the responsibility of this Product Guarantee and is excluded. Please read your
owner's manual and information on the sidewall of your tires for essential safety and maintenance information.
Pro-Tech Secure does not assume any liability other than to repair or replace the damaged tire or wheel or both. This Product Guarantee does
not cover factory seconds, blemishes or flaws.
Tires greater than 22.5”, valve stems and Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) and Hub Caps or failures caused by valve stems or TPMS are not covered.
Coverage applies only to OEM Vehicle Manufacturer supplied Tires and Wheels. Aftermarket Tire and Wheel coverage is limited to the same
OEM Manufacturer supplied cost or the equivalent aftermarket product.
This Product Guarantee does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle other than rental coverage indicated above and any
other incidental or consequential damages to your vehicle, to you or to third parties.
Claims on tires and wheels where a surcharge is applicable and the surcharge has not been paid will either be limited to the base Passenger
Vehicle Tire Coverage or coverage may be declined.
Exotic Vehicles including but not limited to: Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche, BMW Z-8, Acura NSX, Nissan
GTR, Prowler, Viper are not eligible for product guarantee coverage.
This certificate of product guarantee is valid only upon transfer of the validation number indicated and the fee having been received by Pro-Tech Seal within 90 days
of the date of Dealer sale.
This Product Guarantee is Non Cancellable 14 Days after the effective date listed above.

TRANSFERS: To Transfer an active Product Guarantee, mail a copy of this form within 30 days of sale date, with the name, address and phone number of the new owner and date of transfer to Pro-Tech Seal at the address on the front. The transfer fee of $50
plus GST. Pro-Tech Seal reserves the right of refusal for all transfer requests.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM : Office hours are from 7:00AM to 4:00PM M ST M onday to Friday. Return your unit with the damaged tire/rim to your selling Dealer for repair or replacement and re-installation of nitrogen within 30 days of the
occurrence. The Dealer must submit the claim to Pro-Tech Seal for authorization. Pro-Tech Seal reserves the right to inspect the tire and/or wheel. Pro-Tech Seal Claims 1.800.661.6910.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM (After Hours, Weekend, or if out of town and away from your selling Dealer): 1. Have the repair or replacement done and retain the invoice. 2. Nitrogen must be re-installed in the repaired or replaced tire, either at
the time of repair or upon return to your selling dealer. Retain a copy of your work order. 3. Retain the damaged tire and/or rim for inspection. 4. Return to your selling Dealer where your damaged tire/rim will be inspected and photographed, and a claim will be
initiated on your behalf. If this is impossible, contact Pro-Tech Seal Claims 1.800.661.6910 within (30) days of loss to make alternate arrangements for inspection.

The following Member benefits are eligible to qualifying Customers in conjunction with the Secure Ride Road Hazard Product Guarantee.
PRO-KEY Fob Replacement: We will replace your key/remote, (on 18 or 24 month Term to a maximum of $500), or two replacement keys/remotes, (on a 36,48 or 60
month Term to a maximum $1000) in the event that your key/remote is lost, stolen or destroyed. All remaining keys and/or remotes, in the event of a reported loss, stolen or
destroyed claim, MUST be reprogrammed by the selling dealer prior to replacement.. Only keys, fobs or remotes provided to you on the effective date of contract sale are
eligible for coverage. Non OEM key fobs or remotes are subject to a $50 deductible at time of claim.
EXCLUSIONS:
1) Any repair or replacement completed without prior authorization from Pro-Tech Seal,
2) Consequential damages.
3) Does not supersede manufacturer’s warranties.
4) Replacements required within 60 days of original purchase date.

4. If repair facility not available within your geographical Pro-Tech Seal reserves the right to make a cash settlement based on like services in lieu of providing the repair.
5. Transfer Fee $50.00 for Pro-Secure and Pro-Key. Pro-View and Pro-Dent are original new vehicle customers only.
