Prices—All prices herein are quoted in Canadian dollars for the 2013 season and are subject to change without notice. Prices are per person. 3. Rail-Only and Tour Inclusions—The following costs are not included unless otherwise specified: GST, fuel surcharges, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, hotel accommodation, meals, activities, room service or other hotel incidentals, items of a personal nature. Note: Credit cards are the only payment method onboard the Rocky Mountaineer. 4. Possible Alterations—RM reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter all or any part of its services when necessary or advisable. 5. Insurance—We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your holiday. Please inquire at time of booking. 6. Reservation Policies—Payment Policy: Full and final payment must be received at time of booking. American Express, MasterCard, VISA, JCB and Diners Club are acceptable forms of payment. Cancellation Charges: If cancellation occurs: 61 days or more prior to departure: $25, 60–46 days prior to departure: 50% of booking price, 45–0 days prior to departure: 100% of booking price.
