SYSTEA C ON LINE ANALYSIS MICROMAC TOC NDIR ON LINE ANALYZER FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER TOC MONITORING MICROMAC TOC NDIR is a microprocessor controlled Online analyzer specifically designed for automatic TOC monitoring on several types of water matrix. Robust and Reliable Designed for industrial and Environmental On Line applications ensures the highest level of robustness in the electronics, mechanics and hydraulics components. Complete separation between electronics and hydraulics plus a simple and robust LFA * hydraulics allows easy maintenance and long terms reliable operations Easy to install The analyzer is delivered after a long and successful series of factory tests ready for installation and setup; . it is provided with complete set of spares for start up. To start monitoring is enough to connect, reagents, sample line, waste line and power supply. Automatic Calibration When the Calibration Time interval expires the analyzer perform a Calibration Cycle, storing and checking the new calibrant O. D. If new O.D. exceed selected limits, an alarm contacts is closed. Features/Benefits Measuring interval - Fully automatic operation Selectable; between 0-20 mg/L and 0-10.000 - Long autonomy; low maintenance, low mg/L with sample dilution operating cost - Built-in internal air generator Data output - Low reagents consumption; short Continuous preparation time; low disposable costs Lag time - Easy operation; plug in analyzer, no 10 minutes depending on the range special training is required - Electronics and hydraulics completely separated. SYSTEA C TI NOU ON LINE ANALYSIS Measuring principle and hydraulics diagram After filtration, if necessary, the sample is mixed with a stripping reagent and pumped trough the stripping device. Stripping is performed thanks to an air stream that flows inside the acidified samples to convert the inorganic carbonates to CO2 that is removed from the sample. The sample is pumped from the bottom of the stripping device inside the oxidation stage after being mixed with the oxidation reagent. During the oxidation the organic carbon present in the sample is oxidized and converted to CO2 that is separated from the liquid stream by a gas-liquid separator. The CO2, after a further passage in moisture removal device is detected in and NDIR detector. The carrier used both for stripping and detection is supplied by an internal compressor and a pressure regulator system allowing the highest level of stability of the carrier flow rate .
