Our expertise in Ayurvedic medicine flows into all of our treatments, allowing us to build upon the positive effects of conventional approaches. On the one hand, this incorporates the knowledge of Ayurveda about vitality points and energy pathways in order to achieve optimal results. This is enhanced, in turn, by the benefits of concentrated herbal oils, which we produce ourselves from native plants and
high-quality organic oils. All Ayurveda treatments are offered in the Therapy Center on the 5th floor.

SPA Etiquette
So that you can enjoy your SPA experience to the full, we ask that you arrive at the SPA for your treatment ten minutes in advance. This
will allow you ample time to fill out our lifestyle consultation form.
Bookings
For SPA reservations, inquiries, as well as information about the SPA, fitness center and memberships, please contact us by phone at
+43 (0)3682 24440 544. To guarantee your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking well in advance.
Cancelations
Treatments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not appear for your apartment and have not
canceled, we will be obliged to charge the full cost of the treatment. Please note that, out of respect for the reservations of our other
guests, we will be unable to extend your treatment time if you happen to arrive late.
Payment
All treatment prices include a 20 % tax. We accept payments in cash as well as all standard debit and credit cards. For hotel guests, all
treatments are added to their room bill, which will be payable upon check-out .
