A Family Tradition Since 1916
It all began in a family kitchen in 1916, when Anthony Zanetos began to experiment with
making candy. His results were so delicious, he opened his own confectionery in 1926.
His son, Thomas, joined him, eventually forming the Anthony-Thomas Candy Company
in 1952. Four generations of Zanetos candy makers have contributed to the company’s
success. Today, Anthony-Thomas makes millions of pounds of candy every year. Each
