Morning flights are 6:00a.m.; Afternoon 6 :30p.m. • Tethered rides require a signed a waiver of lability; children 19 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. • Many pilots will not tether children three and under. The loud burner noise can damage their ears. • Paid flights are not sold during the Jubilee. If you would like to purchase a ride for another time there are many pilots that sell them. For more information please visit: www.HeartofDixieBalloonClub.com . • Dress appropriately and wear sunscreen. • No smoking on the launch field. Balloons use liquid propane fuel, which is highly flammable. • Dogs and pets are welcome but must be leashed and bagged after. • Lawn chairs, camp chairs and small picnic items are allowed; however please keep your setup at the edges of the launch field. • No tailgating tents, ‘pop tents’, or full size tents are allowed on the field. Small umbrellas and shading devices are acceptable. • The Alabama Jubilee is a ‘NO-DRONE-ZONE’ drones may NOT be operated (even by a licensed pilot) unless you have an FAA Waiver attached to ours during times of ballloon operations.
