GF Dunwoody Woman’s Club
Dunwoody Woman’s Club has been serving the community since 1971 and has grown to a membership of more than one hundred fifty dedicated volunteers. It is a service organization of women whose
purpose is to join together to expand our skills and apply our abilities as we promote interest and
activity in education, philanthropy, civics, moral values and the fine arts.
Our members are leaders in the community whose financial and hands-on service contributions have
helped to shape the very character of Dunwoody and North DeKalb. DWC members have helped to
forge the strong sense of community enjoyed by all who live in this thriving metro Atlanta area.
The club is well known for its’ successful Home Tour of 42 years. Other achievements include founding the Stage Door Players in 1974, the July 4th Parade in the early 1980’s and founding and creating
the charter for the Dunwoody Nature Center in 1990. It also continues to be the support organization
for the Guild of the Spruill Center for the Arts.
The club is committed to six Community Service Programs - Conservation, Education, Home Life,
International Outreach, Public Issues and The Arts.
