Adoption of 2016 - 2017 Budget
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Board
of Education approves the proposed budget for the 2016/2017 school year for the Westbury
Union Free School District in the amount of $134,446,668.

Adoption of Property Tax Report Card
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that, pursuant to the requirements set forth in Section 1716
of the Education Law of the State of New York, the Board of Education of the Westbury Union
Free School District hereby adopts the annexed Property Tax Report Card on the proposed
budget for the 2016-2017 School Year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, Superintendent of the Westbury Union Free School
District shall be authorized to transmit such Property Tax Report Card to the State Education
Department within one (1) business day of the date of approval of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, such Property Tax Report Card also be transmitted
to local papers having a circulation in the District, be appended to the proposed budget and be
available for distribution at the May 17, 2016 Annual Meeting and Election.
