Dollars In Motion Committee The NDTC Dollars in Motion Committee was established to review all donation requests presented to the company. The committee, made up of NDTC employees, is charged with reviewing each request and maintaining a balance between the requests and the funds available to support those requests. Applications Applications can be picked up at the NDTC Office, 211 22nd Street NW, Devils Lake, ND. You may also request a printed application by calling NDTC, or you can download the application from the NDTC wbsite: gondtc.com/docs/ApplicationFundsForm.pdf. Applications can also be faxed or e-mailed to you upon request. All Dollars in Motion applications should be directed to: NDTC Dollars in Motion PO Box 180 Devils Lake, ND 58301-0180 NDTC’s mission is to provide quality competitive communication services, which enhance the quality of life for those we serve. Being able to grant donations is an added bonus for NDTC to give back to the community it serves. NDTC donated over $40,000 in 2015 toward scholarships, economic development activities, and community programs. No requests for donations will be considered without a completed NDTC Dollars in Motion application form. Applications must be received by the first day of the month in order to be considered. gondtc.com 662.1100 Dollar$ in Motion Donation Request Guideline$ NDTC Commitment NDTC has prided itself in assisting community needs throughout its service area. As an investment in the future of the area citizens, NDTC has historically supported programs and projects that encourage youth, build communities through partnerships, and in education. NDTC typically participates in and assists with community projects, school activities, local government, economic government, and some non profit activities. Each year NDTC offers the College Scholarship Program awarding thousands of dollars to area graduating seniors. NDTC employees also generously give of their time and resources where they live, raise their families, work, and play. Not only does NDTC offer high quality service at an affordable rate, it takes pride in bringing employees, businesses, and organizations together for the improvement of the quality of life. Requests Each request is reviewed individually and donations will be granted on a case by case basis. To be considered for a Dollars in Motion request, application forms must be complete, legible, and submitted to NDTC at least six weeks prior to the event. NDTC does not donate to past events. The Dollars in Motion committee meets at the beginning of each month and reviews requests that have been received by the first of the month. It is our experience that all requests are for a good cause, however, NDTC generally does not contribute to: • Individuals, groups/ or organizations that do not reside within NDTC exchanges. • Benefits or fundraisers for individuals. * Organizations of primarily religious or political focus. • Private business. • Business / agency / organizational employee events (ie.
