Services
We offer a wide variety of Beverage Services for your event, which
range from full-service, portable bars set up in your event room to
non-alcoholic punches and drinks.
Pay-As-You-Go Bar
A Pay-As-You-Go Bar is a full-service bar where your guests pay
the bartender for their drinks, and are then served at the bar
by the bartender. A Pay-As-You-Go Bar requires a set up fee of
$100.00. This also applies to Host Bars.
Keg Beer Station
A Keg Beer Station is a limited-service bar where draft beer is
available and guests do not pay for their drinks. Keg beer is set
up, tapped, and cups are provided. This is a self-service type bar
unless a server is contracted. The charge for a server is $50.00 for
two hours. The event sponsor will be charged for all tapped kegs
of beer, as well as all special order kegs in reserve, if other than the
house brand beer. Unused keg beer cannot be removed from the
premises.
Wine Bar
A Wine Bar is a limited-service bar where house wines are
available by the carafe, and guests do not pay for their drinks.
(Other bottled wines may be provided on request; however, the
event sponsor will be charged for all opened bottles.) This is a selfservice type bar unless a server is contracted for the event. The
charge for a server is $50.00 for two hours. Drink costs are paid
for by the event sponsor and are controlled by inventory.
