The equipment in the Application Kitchen was chosen for its versatile application capabilities. Werner Salaberger is a graduate of Food- and Biotechnology studies of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Having gained several years of experience in quality management and product development in the retail and food producing industry, he has been working at Brenntag CEE GmbH since December 2011 as an Application Manager and is responsible for the Application Kitchen. Dairy & Analogues Since the initial set-up in the first quarter of 2012, various projects have been undertaken; basic raw material tests to specific application tests, through to development of final recipes.
