The best reflex in sterilization English Performance under control Exclusively designed for class B cycles according to EN 13060 (2004) standard Sterilization eliminates all microorganisms, whatever their origin, that may contaminate patients or clinical personnel. Fully flexible medical grade sterilization The selected cycle will be always right, whatever the type of load (instruments, packed instruments, porous equipment, hollow equipment and textiles). High-powered, double-headed vacuum pump A high-performance steam generator Quaz guarantees rapid and precise high vacuum conditions. This unique device ensures that the sterilization cycle takes place at maximum speed whatever the volume of the load sterilized. Three preset programs 134ºC - 4' PRESSURE (135 ºC) 2.10 134ºC - 18' Prion PRESSURE STERILIZATION 4' (135 ºC) 2.10 121ºC - 15' STERILIZATION 18' PRESSURE (122 ºC) 1.10 TIME Temperature: 135ºC Pressure: 2.10 bar Sterilization time: 4' Total cycle time (min./max.): 32'-48' Autonomy (min./max.): 15-24 cycles TIME Temperature: 135ºC Pressure: 2.10 bar Sterilization time: 18' Total cycle time (min./max.): 46'-62' Autonomy (min./max.): 12-18 cycles STERILIZATION 15' TIME Temperature: 122ºC Pressure: 1.10 bar Sterilization time: 15' Total cycle time (min./max.): 40'-52' Autonomy (min./max.): 14-22 cycles Easy to use Touchscreen navigation with maximum visibility Quaz is user-friendly with its large (90 x 110mm) and easy-to-use multifunction touchscreen and icon-based menus. Precise monitoring The ongoing cycle can be monitored with unequalled precision by graphics or digital data in real time and values. Automatic locking system The door is opened or closed simply by pressing the icon on the multifunction screen. "A la carte" loading The support allows you to load trays and boxes as you wish. Fast and Economical technology cycle control At the nerve center of Quaz, ReFLEX technology is the combination of a powerful microprocessor, real-time data collection from 12 sensors and a unique mathematical algorithm that processes cycle data. This results in the optimization of cycle times and an economy in energy and water consumption. More autonomy Night cycle Thanks to technology (regulated distilled water consumption according to the load type and weight) and the large capacity of its 7.5 liter distilled water tank, Quaz can run much longer between refills. Night-time energy costs are on average 40% lower than the daytime tariff. The delayed programmed cycle function makes it possible to launch the cycle during low-cost energy hours and on a selected date. Anti-condensation system If the door is not opened within 45 minutes after the cycle is over, the anti-condensation system will start. Pre-heating the tank A user option that keeps the temperature at approx. 70ºC which provides an appreciable time-saving at each sterilization cycle. Traceability Recording the cycle settings The settings of the last 50 cycles are recorded in the Quaz RAM and can be visualized at all times on the multifunction screen. Cycle labels and reports may be printed with the optional Quaz Print printer. Standard Quaz Viewer and SD card Traceability of all cycles is possible by recording the cycle settings in a database on a high-capacity SD card. The SD port is a standard feature on the Quaz. The Quaz Viewer program installed on the memory card enables stored information to be recalled at will and to make backups on a computer. SD card Viewer Options A plain paper inkjet printer makes it possible to save each cycle on paper. Printer Le Quaz Dem demineralizer has a distilled water quality sensor. Heat-sealer. Dem Seal Installation and Maintenance Reduced size to fit in the smallest spaces 4 cm The Quaz can easily be installed in your office or sterilization room. Its frontal loading means that it can even be placed under a shelf. Min. 46 cm Better maintenance management Min. 45.5 cm An indicator showing the number of cycles remaining allows no-worry maintenance management. Min. 50 cm Frontal filling The distilled water tank is filled by means of a suction pump: no lifting heavy bottles of distilled water over the unit and risking spillage. By a simple connection at the back of the device, Quaz can be linked permanently to a pressurized filling system or an optional demineralization system with water quality control (Quaz Dem). ed Guarsr/2a00n0tceycles a 2 ye a Device:..........................................................
