Citibank Online
Citibank Online is our Internet Banking. Whenever you access the website, you can do your financial transactions in an easy and
simple way, without losing time, with all the security and comfort
you deserve.
You can check balances and statements; make payments and
transfers with the receipt sent via email; request loans; register
and check Direct Debt; open investment and savings funds,
invest, redeem, register to receive your statement via email and much more.
To register in Citibank Online, access citibank.com.br and follow
the instructions bellow:

Citibank Banking Card (Debit Card)
After receiving and unblocking your Citibank Banking
Card, you can use it to make withdrawals and purchases
debited directly in your checking account.
In Brazil, the withdrawals can be made in over 36
thousand ATMs of Banco24Horas network, of the
Interconnected Network (withdrawals in ATMs of other
banks) and Citibank ATMs.
Abroad you can make withdrawals in local currency using
Cirrus®, Nyce and Star networks and purchase in over 120
countries, debited directly in your checking account, using
the Maestro® branded cards.
You still have the option to hire the Citibank Banking Card
Protection insurance, which protects your card from theft,
stealing or withdrawal under coercion.
Checkbook
The check can be used to make payments in installments or in
cash, according to your choice and with the establishment policy.
For your security, the checkbook is sent blocked. Call
CitiPhone Banking or access citibank.com.br to request
the unblocking.

Check the step-by-step process of how to
unblock your checkbook using Citibank Online:
1 - After logging in, click on Online Services.
2 - Click on the Unblocking Checkbook option.
3 - Select the checkbook you wish to unblock according
to the initial and final numbers*.
4 - To confirm the unblocking, type in your keyboard the
letters corresponding to the password of your Citibank
Banking Card (debit card).
5 - That’s it! Your checkbook has been unblocked and you
can already use it!
Automatic sending of checkbooks
You can receive your checkbooks at the address of your
choice. You just have to request the service in Citibank
Online: at citibank.com.br or via CitiPhone Banking.
Transfer between accounts in the country
You can use the wire transfer to transfer amounts
between Brazilian banks.
To make a TED - Wire transfer of immediately available
funds - the amount to be transferred shall be equal or
more than R$ 2,999.99. If the amount is less than that,
make a DOC – Wire transfer.
These two options can be of type C (transfer between
accounts with different ownership) or D (transfer between
accounts with the same ownership). To conclude the
transfers, you just have to inform the recipient’s data:
full name, CPF [Individual Taxpayer’s Registry], bank and
checking account data.
IMPORTANT: When making a TED, the amount is credited
in the destination bank on the same day, while when making a DOC, it is only credited on the next business day.
Transfer to accounts outside the country
To send or receive resources from/to abroad, you can use the
Payment Order*, available in US dollars, Euros, British Pounds,
Yens, Swedish krona, Norwegian and Danish kroner, Swiss Franc,
Canadian dollars and Australian dollars.
For orders of up to U$ 3,000.00*, you just have to call the
CitiPhone Banking or your Relationship Manager. If the amount
is over U$ 3,000.00, please contact your Relationship Manager.
Courier Service
When you do not want to or cannot go to the branch, you
can request a courier to collect deposits and payments*.
This request should be made via CitiPhone Banking.
Managing your account
You can follow the balance and statement of your checking
account through the CitiPhone Banking, Citibank Online or
through the consolidated statement. This last option can be
sent by email or to the chosen address.
Renting Vault
You have at your disposal different vault sizes to keep
documents, values and general objects. The vault* renting
service is available in branches Paulista (São Paulo) and
Assembleia (Rio de Janeiro). The access is allowed only
during bank business hours.
DAC (Direct Debit)
It is a service that Citibank makes available so you can register your utility bills (water, power, gas and
telephone bills) so that the amount of the bills can be monthly deducted direct from your account always on their due date.
To register your bills in Direct Debit, it is necessary to
observe the list of associated utility companies and
request the registration through a Citibank branch,
CitiPhone Banking or citibank.com.br
Check how it is easy to enroll your payments:
Click on “Pagamentos” and choose the option
“Cadastramento de Débito Automático em Conta”
Choose the utility you wish.
Type in the reference number of the bill.
Type in the password of your Citibank Banking Card.
That’s it! Your bill is already registered as a Direct Debit
Payment of Bills
With Citibank you have more comfort to pay your water, power, gas, and other bills, to top-up your cell phone, to schedule payments and much more using the following channels:

Check how it is easy to make your payments in Citibank
Online:
On the “Pagamentos” menu, click on the option
“Pagar ou Agendar Fichas de Compensação”.
Type in the bar code of the bill and inform the assignor.
Type in the date and the amount of the payment,
drawee and description.
Type in the password of your Citibank Banking Card.
That’s it! Your payment has been successfully scheduled.
Electronic Statement (CitiMail Banking)
You can easily access your financial information when and wherever you want. You just have to create a subject
to identify the email and a password to open the files sent
by Citibank. Thus, you will receive the information you
want with all the secrecy necessary. You can chose the
information you wish to receive, as well as the periodicity
– daily, weekly or monthly.
Click on “Extrato por E-mail” and create your password to open the email.
Create a subject to identify the email, select the information you wish to receive and the periodicity.
That’s it! From now on you will receive your
statement via email.
