We feature the newest fleet of limos in Chicagoland. Our new Limo Buses will accommodate up

with Ipod adapters.

Be sure to read this section carefully
All Deposits are non-refundable.
Any balances due must be paid UPON ARRIVAL of the limousine,
and payment must be CASH or MONEY ORDER.
Checks are accepted up to 15 days in advance of the event.
The client assumes FULL financial responsibility for any damage
to the limousine, as well as legal and collection fees,
caused during the duration of the rental by themselves, or any members of their party.
Of course, drugs and weapons are prohibited by law, and will
result in IMMEDIATE termination of services, without any refund.
No alcohol will be consumed by under-age passengers.
The driver reserves the right to terminate all services, without refund,
if any passengers in the party violate any of these conditions, or any other laws.

for any articles left in the vehicle, at ANY time. No refunds for unused time.

TERMS: 1/2 DOWN to reserve your limo,
1/2 DUE 14 days prior to PROM
We feature specialty and antique limousines. In the rare event that we are unable to provide service ue to weather, mechanical breakdown, driver actions or any conditions
beyond our control, including traffic and weather, we reserve the right to either substitute an appropriate vehicle, or to refund the clients deposit. If such an event should occur
during an event, we will refund the client for all unused time. Client will have no further recourse once the deposit is offered as compensation.
In the event a cancellation is necessary, ALL cancellations must be sent certified mail, and at least 30 days prior to the event. Full payment is due for ALL cancellations with less
than 30 days notice. Client also agrees to pay any charges associated with collections, including legal fees and court costs.
Credit cards are accepted for deposits, and for balances due, up to 48 hours in advance of your event. I authorize Absolute Dream Limousines, Inc.
to charge the amount listed below to my credit card, in accordance with my cardholder agreement. I also authorize Absolute Dream Limousines, Inc. to charge my credit card
for the balance due in the event of a cancellation with less than 30 days notice, and for any damages caused by any member of my party.

PASSENGERS’ AGREEMENT FOR LIMOUSINE SERVICE
The consumption of any alcoholic beverage is unlawful when consumed by a minor. There will be no alcoholic beverages transported in the
passenger compartment of the vehicle. Also, no alcoholic beverages will be carried in the trunk or any other locked compartment of the
vehicle. This rule shall apply to any and all other illegal substances. If, at any time, any of the passengers are found to have in their
possession, or have been at any time during the course of the service been consuming any alcohol or an illegal substance, the service shall
be terminated. All money shall be forfeited and a parent shall be notified. Driver has the option of returning to point of pick up or ending
service at point of infraction. Driver shall also have the right to examine all bags or parcels to be placed in the vehicle to determine if they
contain any illegal substances. Due to the high risk insurance factor, the moon roof and divider windows will not be operational.
A separate signature of all under age passengers is required to ride in the vehicle. Also, please print full name immediately to the right.
