Happy Holidays to everyone. I hope everyone had a great Christmas
and is now ready for the new year! Glad to say skiing is great out west.
My family in Colorado say it's perfect powder snow. Wahoooo; what else
is there!! But my ski brother in France says there's no snow in the
Alps! So we Americans can say we're the first on the slopes this year!
I'm sure you're all ready to go to Michigan for our annual trips; make sure
Dave checks out your skis at the Ski Pole so they are ready and safe for
the up and coming season!
I would like everyone to bring a food item to the next party. Hal is
bringing the food basket so lets fill it to the top and help make this the
biggest donation of food we've ever had! Everybody I hope is ready for
the Michigan trips. If any questions or problems, please contact the trip
leaders for help.
Well everyone, have a wonderful new year!!! We'll see you all at the
January party! Think snow!!

Volunteers needed to set up and coordinate attendance at some sporting
events. This would involve picking a sport, date, time and where to meet.

Each participating individual could pay when they attend or if buying tickets
in advance is warranted, the money would need to be collected ahead of time
to buy the tickets.

Possible sporting events we could attend would be Mad Ants, Tin Caps,
Komets, curling, ice skating and a free event at Foellinger Theater next
summer.

Join the Fort Wayne Ski and Snowboarding Club and Lima Road Dentistry for a motor coach trip to Kalamazoo. Proceeds
will benefit HONOR FLIGHT OF NE INDIANA. Each participant should also bring “2 cans” of food to the departure point
to be donated to Community Harvest Food Bank.

Free group ski instruction from Resort for new skiers. Snow tubing is also available. Door prizes on the buses. Departure is at 7:02 am from the western part of the Coldwater Crossing parking lot. The buses will be parked about
100 yards southwest of Hobby Lobby, and just outside of Nisco and Dollar Tree stores. Return departure is 5:02
pm. Ask about the Timber Wolves program for kids 5-12.

Ice Skating Headwaters Park Rink
Sunday February 22, 2015 @2pm Meet at the rink
Grab your ice skates or rent from the rink. It may be cold, but you can
skate under our pavilion at our outdoor ice rink. Hot Chocolate and snacks
are available for purchase. If this is your first time skating, there are free
supports you can use that move with you. Great for children!
Admission:
$3 – Ages 13 and under
$5 – Age 14 and over
$2 – Skate Rental
Parking is free. If the temperature rises, please call the rink directly at
