First we will visit Pantanal, one of the last unexplored natural reserves in the world
with the largest wild life reserve in the American Continent. You'll spend 3
adventurous days in this spectacular region, a real acquaintance of man and
nature. In Pantanal you'll go piranha fishing, horseback riding, bird watching, as
well as alligator spotting at night! A night to remember!
On the second part of our trip, you'll understand the real meaning of beauty! Bonito
is on top of the list of the best ecotourism destinations in Brazil as well as one of the
most beautiful places on earth! Get ready to spend 5 amazing days, diving and

This trip is organized for the exchange students that dream about great adventures in the
Amazon Rain Forest!
You will go on a 5-day boat expedition through the Amazon and Negro Rivers. The adventure
starts in the capital, Manaus. A city full of history, culture and enchantment. Be ready to go
deep in the Amazon jungle, into extremely wild spots and hidden waterfalls and caves! This
trip would not be complete without a special moment between you and the forest itself.
During the night inside the rainforest, sleeping in hammocks, you'll be part of one of the
world's most important treasures! Sharpen your ears for the sounds of the forest and open
your eyes for the varieties of animals only present in this unique place! You'll also swim with

You will visit Manaus, go deep in the Forest, be for four days on a boat
expedition on the Amazonas and Negro Rivers, will visit a local community, go
piranha fishing, see the fabulous Amazon animals, swim in waterfalls inside
the jungle, hike on exclusive trails and be part of this fantastic and unique
place!
We went for a trekking, looking for a waterfall in the middle of the jungle. We
walked until we reach a waterfall close to a big cave and followed this small river.
We saw a lot of interesting bugs, an weird spider and monkeys! We kept on walking
until we found a big waterfall and it was already night. We turned off our flashlights
and stood there just listening the Amazon night sounds.... Unforgettable!

RESERVATION
To guarantee your place on the trip, the reservation fee must be paid first: R$300,00 (three hundred Reais) for Pantanal
& Bonito Super Adventure, Salvador, Rio de Janeiro, Iguaçu Falls, South of Brasil and Buenos Aires. R$ 500,00 (five
hundred Reais) for the Amazon Expedition. R$ 750,00 (seven hundred fifty Reais) for the Northeast Half Trip.
R$ 1.500,00 (one thousand and five hundred Reais) for the Northeast Trip and Northeast Dream Trip. This fee will be
applied to the overall cost of your trip and will be deducted from the final payment. You must pay the appropriate
reservation fee for each trip you wish to participate in.

All the trips have a limited number of spots that will be filled in
first come, first serve basis.

Therefore, please send us your reservation form as soon as
possible. If the trip is already fully booked, you will be placed
in our waiting list. In case of cancellation of the trip by Belo
Brasil, your money will be refunded (for cancellation, read
item 7).

required to complete your international wire transfer:

2. Signing up and further information
Please visit our website to place your reservation online. To
make sure you do everything right, follow the steps bellow:
a) Go to our website: www.belobrasil.com.br
b) In the website, you can choose between Portuguese or
English languages, by clicking on the flags on the right side.
If you choose the Portuguese language, go to the icon "Area
Restrita" and if you choose the English language go to the
"Members Area" icon. Then, use the following information:

c) Once you are inside the Members Area, click on the chosen
trip and read all about the adventures we have prepared for
you! All the information about the trips will be available
there.
d) After you decide which trips you will be part of, go to the
Pre-reservation Form (or “Formulário de inscrição” in
Portuguese) link on the upper part of the page and fill it
with all the information asked and check on the trips that
you want to take. You only need to fill the Pre-reservation
Form once. But please remember to indicate all the trips
you will be taking.
e) After receiving your pre-reservation, Belo Brasil Tours will
send you a confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive the
instructions of how to make the payment to guarantee your
place in the trips. After the deadline, please contact Belo
Brasil Tours at rotary@belobrasil.com.br.
•Pre Reservation deadline: September 20th, 2012* or until

FINAL PAYMENT
7. Cancellation
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
IMPORTANT: The trip must be completely paid 45 (forty five)
days prior the departure. None of the students will be allowed
to participate on the trip if there is any pending payment on
the day of the departure.
- In case we do not achieve the minimum of students needed
(35 thirty five), Belo Brasil reserves the right to cancel
planned trips or transfer the date and/or to offer other
options of tours as well, according to the clients wish. If this
occurs, all payment already made will be returned in full.
The students and family can choose to pay for the trip(s) in
installments. It can be done weekly or monthly by any of the
payment methods and the student get to choose the amount
to be paid in each installment. Please remember that the
final installment must be paid at least 45 (forty five) days
prior the departure.
- Cancellations of the trip reservation must be done in written
form by the students. The cancellation will be processed the
date that Belo Brasil receives the written form and the
penalty will be applied in accordance with EMBRATUR's
(Brazilian Tourism Bureau) Normative Deliberation #
161/1985, read bellow:
4. Confirmation
• Cancelled more than 30 days before the beginning of the
trip: 10% of the amount paid;
Your place in the trip will be assured after proceeding with the
reservation payment. Belo Brasil Tours will send you an email
confirmation.
• Cancelled between 29 and 21 days before the beginning of
the trip: 20% of the amount paid;
• Cancelled between 20 and 07 days before the beginning of
the trip: 40% of the amount paid;
5. Changing trips
If you wish to change trips after you have already made your
initial selection, please send us an e-mail at
(rotary@belobrasil.com.br) requesting the change. If there
are vacancies we will be glad to honor your request. Visit our
website www.belobrasil.com.br and you will find all the
information about the programs for exchange students, as
well as tours especially developed for foreigners and
Brazilians that would like to visit the best of Brazil.
6. Domestic Travel to Gateway
The costs of your domestic travel to the official gateway city
are not included on the trip's price (except when informed on
the official trip program).
Belo Brasil Tours is not responsible for buying any bus and/or
airline tickets to the trip's gateway or from the trip's final
destination to your host city. It's the student responsibility to
pay for the ticket. Belo Brasil Tours is not responsible for any
reimbursements or change fees associated with flight or
travel arrangements. Belo Brasil will be glad to assist you to
organize your trip from your host city to the official gateway
city for the trips. We can check the best options for your trip, if
it is by bus or by plane.
• Cancelled between 06 days or less before the beginning of
the trip: 100% of the amount paid.
In case of cancellation for illness or any health condition, Belo
Brasil Tours will refund all the amount paid excluding bank
fees applied (medical statement of the condition must be
sent with the written cancellation by the student).
IMPORTANT: All the refunds will be made within 5 days. The
method to be used for the refund will be the same used by the
student or family for payment.
In case the student has used International Wire Transfer as
payment method, the refund will be sent to the same bank
account where the money came from, considering the
amount in American Dollars received. All the bank fees
involved will be the student's responsibility. (PAYMENT OF ALL
BANK FEES ARE THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. There are
bank fees involved in Brazil and in the original country where
the money came from).
