All-You-Care-To-Eat Residential Restaurants At the All-You-Care-To-Eat Residential Restaurants, you have the freedom to design meals to fit your specific dietary needs. Be sure to ask the location manager, chef, or one of the supervisors about specific ingredient information and “upon request” items. Read labels on packaged foods Terms like “wheat-free” do not necessarily mean “gluten-free” since other gluten-containing ingredients may be present. Some commonly used ingredients with gluten that may not be recognized include hydrolyzed wheat protein, bran, brewerʼs yeast, farina, malt, textured vegetable protein, triticale (a wheat-rye blend), and starch.
