Station B
AVISO data and Lagrangian Analysis data
The station SD-7 has been performed.
The series of zonally-aligned mesoscale eddies considered as potential targets for the LD station B is still observed at about 21◦S of latitude and between longitudes 176◦E and 184◦E . They
continue to move Wward. The Nward current between the eddy #1 and the eddy #2 is no more
intesifying. The target site #1 is conrmed.
The target site #2 has been moved W to follow the eddy moving Wward.
The target site #3 is conrmed.
The target site #4 has been moved S to be poisitioned in the local minimum of velocity.

CLS Regional Products
No substantial changes are observed in CHL maps with respect yestarday's bulletin. The general
warming is still observed in SST maps and conrmed by the in situ (vessel TSG) data. A
temperature higher than 29.5◦C is now observed at the target site #1.
The CHL concentration at target site #3 remains higher than 0.1 [mg m−3 ].
A CHL concentration smaller than 0.1 [mg m−3 ] is observed in eddies #2 and #4.
