ABOUT US
MTM Advanced Bottling Systems is located in Rockford, Illinois, 70 miles Northwest of Chicago in
heart of the American Midwest. Our roots, however, reach all the way to Modena, Italy to our
partners at FITECO srl. Modena is located in Italy's “Food Valley”, known world over for quality of its
food and beverage products. Modena is also famous for being the center of Italy's high-tech
Supercar Industry. These two elements of advanced technology and high quality food production
combine in the area's bottling and packaging industry, making Italy's Food Valley in a sense the
“Silicon Valley” of Italy's bottling and packaging industry.
MTM Advanced Bottling Systems was born of its partners' desire to bring this “Made it Italy”
design and bottling know-how to America and to be part of the innovative American manufacturing
market.
The partners at MTM Advanced Bottling Systems have deep roots as well both in Rockford, Illinois
and in Italy. One of our partners is from the city of Parma in Italy and came to Rockford 10 years
ago with his family to pursue business opportunities. He and his family have made the city their home.
The other two partners were born and raised in Rockford to an Italian father who is from the town of
Aragona in Agrigento Provence on the island of Sicily and an American mother. Members of their
family in Italy began immigrating to Rockford as early as the 1910s.
The FITECO Team have decades of experience in Modena's high quality bottling and packaging
industry. MTM brings this knowledge and ability to your enterprise.

RINSING MACHINE FOR BOTTLE CLEANING
Our Rinsing Machine features an Infeed Screw, Star Wheels and Guides which are easily exchangeable
for handling different bottle sizes. The Exit Star Wheel is fitted with a safety device which stops the rinser in
the event jamming occurs. The Rotary Main Frame carries a set of stainless steel bottle grippers which tilt
due to the action of a screw-like guide in order to bring the bottle neck downward centered over the nozzles.
To accommodate different bottle sizes, the Rotary Main Frame can be adjusted in height by means of a
crank acting on a square threaded screw. Treatment Cycle Timing can be easily modified. This allows for an
optimal timing to be obtained for each cycle resulting in savings on sterilizing solution expenses .

SECOND TREATMENT WITH NITROGEN
The rinsing machine can be equipped with a Nitrogen generator
to supply the second treatment of the containers. The air
contained in the bottle is evacuated by blowing Nitrogen into the
bottle's interior. In this manner the level of oxidation of the
product is lowered during the filling phase.
This system is normally used in the treatment of containers for
beer, avoiding the need for pre-evacuation devices on the filling
machine .
Rinsing Machine for Can Cleaning
The twist rinser is placed on the filling line, the cans are put on
the belt manually or via rope conveyor. Injection of cleaning
solution with recovery device. After the cleaning process, the
cans are placed in an upright position, ready to be filled.

Mechanical Construction: Of very reliable and sturdy construction. Isobaric Filling Valve
for still and carbonated beverages which provides for good consistency of fill levels.
Isobaric Filling Valve is positioned inside the annular tank and has few moving parts
which allows for good sanification (CIP).
Modular Design of the Filling Head: The most comprehensive type of valve available
which includes double pre-evacuation, filling, level correction, and snift recovery.

Quick Changeover Times: Universal Centering Bells, Quick Change Air Return Pipes
and Bottle Guides.
“Ultra Clean” Version: Laminar flow of sterile air and contamination control of the filling
environment guarantee the hygiene of the product. External cycle valve actuators for low
wear and high precision.
Modular Design of the Filling Head: The most comprehensive valve available which
includes double pre-evacuation, filling level correction, and snift recovery.
The FITISO/EP Electro-Pneumatic Filling Valve represents an evolution in the filling of
flat and carbonated beverages. It features a separated circuit for bottle air return (when
filling still products) and an automatic height adjustment for the venting tube (CSD).
