I started doing Nu Skin 10 years ago because of a family debts from medical treatment
of my family. I started since there is no walk in center of Nu Skin where I lived, I spent
one and a half year to become a Blue Diamond and spent two years to become a Team
Elite and Team Elite Platinum. Nu Skin help me overcome my crisis and gave me and my
family a new life. Nu Skin has also transformed the lives around me. Over 10 years I have
experienced many challenges, I tried to find ways to expand and grow my business but
I always end up solving the same problems and I kept asking myself “Why other people
cannot see the same opportunity that I saw”, “Why the people who saw this opportunity
can give up so easily?”, “Why people who knows how to solve the problem always try
to find excuses when the do not have other choices?” Why, why, why, always happen
to some people. My team also face these same challenges but they fight to overcome
these challenges. It taught me that leaders will create leaders. BDM strategy is the best,
it is easy to teach and help me to pass on the success. My team can understand it very

because they are our motivations, and they gave us the unconditional love. Even though
our family members do oppose, not support or they doubt about what we were doing,
but today I still want to say thank to them because surely without them, we do not have
the power to fight for this amazing things today.
I know that there are some distributor starts this business just because they want to be
here on the cruise with their husbands, wives or their parents. But I do believe after this
trip, you could see many amazing things where you could help other people to achieve
their dreams. That is the best things of the business named Nu Skin.
The first 4 Star Creator of Viet Nam market, I just want to send you the message “I can
do it so, you can do it too”. And I believe our group members could see the meaning of
helping people to transform their life, make the dream comes true and achieve the next
records, bring up the belief and the bigger dreams for this life!
4 Star Creator and BDM Stars Challenge made me leave my comfort zone and found
other new leaders. New leaders will show you new possibilities and create excitement
in our organization and create new challenges for us. The comfort zone will kill your
business. We must learn to become a better leader, who keep their words, and lead by
example. Other people will not believe until you can prove your success. A leader will
achieve their team’s goal, if everyone will combine to achieve this goal, everyone will help
to achieve this goal.

be unworthy. We always believe in our uplines, cooperate with them in every way... we
are grateful that though Nuskin, we achieved all our dream and last year, we hit 100% of

I have a very clear goal, “To have the time to take care of my children and have the stability
in life”. I began planning to build passive income and my goals for 2015 is to reach TE, 4 Star
Creator, and win the BDM Stars Challenge.
The first goal was The Team Elite with 15-16 front lines. By working consistently I found my 4
New Stars.
The second goal, duplicating Stars, is to teach these 4 New Stars to become leaders.
The third goal is to multiply Stars. To transform lives of over 100 people in my organization
is like finding New Stars in my organization because 100 Executives come from 20 New
Stars, I work with my downlines to find them. People always ask me for tips to become successful
in 1 year, there are no tips to success, just follow the BDM strategy. I always do these 3 things;
1. Believe that everything is possible. Nothing is impossible if we put enough efforts into it.
2. Have a clear dream and clear goals.
3. Take serious actions consistently until you reach your goal because if you do not act it is just
a daydream.
I encourage everyone who has a dream, a hope, a clear goal, do not stop until you reach the
finish line.

Today we have successfully achieved the goal of a 4 Star Creator.It is because we used
strategies from the company such as LTO, EXPO, and BDM STAR strategy, which are
all created to help us to have succeed faster. It is veryeasy to recommend to everyone.
If everyone belief in the strategy, and start to act with 100% effort, they can also achieve
and become a 4 STAR CREATOR.

One of my WHY to be 4 Star was when i’m in Turket and listened all great leaders
speech in front of the stage. I asked my wife at that time “Mami, what should we do to be
on the stage like them?”. “Just be a 4 Star”, and here i am today standing as a 4 Star.
Become a 4 Star, we just not get the business but we also had a family, i had a bestfriend,
even we had a family from all over Indonesia. From here, i got the important thing whicih
is became my faith it is a harmony. Harmony with our family, with our upline and downline,
but the most important thing a harmony with our couple.

Do the right things and your life will improve. 1. Make a decision. There’s only do or don’t.
There is no trials. 2. we are an average of the 5 people around us so stay near the right
people. Don’t stay in a comfort zone, stay in a competitive zone. A diamond is just a
piece of charcoal that handle stress exceptionally well. 3. Set daily goals.
