Bill is also the Head Coach for the 14-1s. Bill is our current JVA Board President and presented a seminar on Best Practices and Marketing for JVA and AVCA. Bill Milborn Club Fusion Chicago, IL Ron Kordes KIVA Louisville, KY Ron has served as the KIVA Club Director for 13 years, has coached Junior Volleyball for 25 years. Ron was the USOC Development Coach of the Year in 2005. His teams have 9 AAU National Championships, 4 USAV JO National Championships and he is a member of the Kentucky Hall of Fame. Club Directors Panel John Sample Texas Advantage Dallas, TX Dave Weitl Washington VA Poulsbo, WA John Sample is the President of Texas Advantage VB in Dallas, Texas. He is on the AVCA Board of Directors. John has been instrumental in the development of the VolleyTotz Program and has done various seminars for JVA and AVCA. Dave founded Washington Volleyball Academy in 1998. Prior to that he played USAV Adult Volleyball. He began coaching juniors in 1993 and was hooked. Dave owns his own real estate and commercial management business. Dave traveled to Brazil and is in the process of developing a DVD and Manual for JVA on his studies of youth volleyball. For entries received between March 2, 2012 and May 15, 2012 by 11:59 pm EST, the entry fee is $795 per team. All teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until divisions are full. It is possible for divisions to fill prior to the May 15 deadline, so get your entry in early!
