CARE AND MAINTENANCE
•
Periodically check all fasteners to assure they are
tight.
•
Clean the nursery wagon using water and mild soap.
Rinse with water sprayed from a garden hose.
•
Check the tire pressure and adjust to recommended
pressure if needed.
REQUIRED TOOLS
The following list identifies the main tools needed
for assembly. To safely assemble the wagon, two (2)
individuals are needed.

BEGIN TO ASSEMBLE THE Nursery Wagon.
Thank you for purchasing this nursery wagon. When
properly assembled and maintained, this product will
provide years of reliable service. These instructions include
helpful hints and important information needed to safely
assemble and properly maintain the nursery wagon. Please
read these instructions before you begin.
If you have any questions during the assembly, contact
Customer Service for assistance.

UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS
The following steps help to ensure that you have all the
necessary parts before you begin.
1. Unpack the contents of the shipment and place where
you can easily inventory the parts.
2. If anything is missing or you have questions, consult
the Pictorial Parts List or contact Customer Service.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•
Do not use the nursery wagon if any part is broken or
damaged.
•
This nursery wagon is not a toy. Do not allow children
use the nursery wagon.
•
Do not use on inclines; nursery wagon may tip or roll
away.
•
Do not load your nursery wagon with more than
1000lbs.
•
Inflate the tires with ambient air only.
•
Inflate the tires to the proper level as indicated on the
tires. Do not inflate tires more than 32 PSI.
•
Never use a flammable gas to inflate the tires.
•
Never allow riders in the nursery wagon.
•
Always distribute payload evenly over the surface of
the bed.

BACK WHEEL ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Hardware may ship attached to parts.
To better align the wagon, do not fully tighten
the nuts and bolts until the entire wagon is
assembled.
1. If needed, remove locknuts and large
washers from the rear axle support.
2. Slide left and right rear axle braces onto the
axle of the rear axle support.
NOTE: The spacer of the axle brace should
face away from the axle support as shown
below.
3. Slide on one (1) wheel, large washer, and
locknut on each side of axle as shown in
diagram B. Do not tighten at this time.

Yoke
FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Hardware may ship attached to parts.
1. Attach steering link to the front axle support
using two (2) M13x18 bolts, M10 flat washers,
and M10 locknuts to secure the support as
shown in diagram A.
2. Slide yoke onto the stud welded to the underside
of the top cross bar of the axle support. Secure
in place using a M11 flat washer and the cotter
pin as shown to the right.
NOTE: Insert shows cotter pin attached to the
underside of the axle support.

3. Next, align back hole of the yoke with steering
link and secure into place using one (1) M13x18
bolts, M10 washer, and M10 lock nut as shown in
diagram B.

4. Attach one end of the front axle brace to the yoke
and axle support using one (1) M13x25 bolt, M10
flat washer, and M10 locknut. Secure in place as
shown in diagram A.

5. Slide one (1) wheel, large washer, and locknut in
that order onto each end of the axle as shown in
diagram B. Do not tighten the nuts at this time.

BED ASSEMBLY
1. Place the wagon bed on a flat surface with the angled
frame supports facing up. Protect the finished surface
of the bed and other parts by covering the work
surface with cardboard or similar material.
2. Place the rear axle assembly on the wagon bed
supports and align bolt holes.
3. Insert bolts through the bed frame supports and rear
axle support and secure using two (2) M12x18 hex
bolts, two (2) M12 flat washers, and two (2) M13
locknuts. See diagram A.
4. Align the holes of the rear axle braces (right and left)
with holes on the wagon bed frame.
5. Secure in place using two (2) M10x20 hex bolts, two
(2) M10 flat washers, and two (2) M10 locknuts as
shown in the diagram B.

6. Align the holes of the front axle assembly with the
three holes remaining on the wagon bed frame.
7. Secure in place using three (3) M12x18 hex bolts,
three (3) M12 flat washers, and three (3) M13
locknuts as shown diagram C.
8. Slide handle coupler between ends of the yoke.
Position the handle as desired and slide handle end
into handle coupler. Align all holes.
9. Insert M12x60 bolt through all three parts and
secure with a M12 flat washer and M13 locknut as
shown in diagram D.

10. Verify all connections are tight and turn wagon onto
its wheels.
Circles show where the front axle assembly attach to the bed
support.
NOTE: Periodically check connections to make sure
they are tight and secure.

11. Return to all wheel acorn nuts and tighten.
