Palmex International Inc. is currently
the world leader in the production
and distribution of synthetic palm
leaves used in the construction and
renovation of traditional thatch
roofing.
In order to meet home-owner’s needs
and surpass commercial investor
expectations, our team has worked on
designing and developing a product
that is both durable and ecologicallysound, with classic esthetics. It stands
as a highly-effective substitute for
the commonly-used natural palm
leaves, which are now classified as
endangered species and protected in
numerous countries.
Palmex materials meet with the
strictest safety standards, and with
building and construction norms
currently in place globally. Our leaves
and accessories adapt to fit any
architectural style or roofing type.
Weather-proof, UV-resistant and
waterproof: these are the Palmex
guarantees, thanks to the high quality
polyethylene and to a manufacturing
and installation process that are both
unique and patented.

Aloha leaves have been especially designed to be
laid directly on a roofing frame with a patented
railing system.
Aloha thatch looking from the under roof
This leaf type offers two distinct technical
advantages: full and effective exterior coverage in
any weather, plus an exposed underside providing
a more traditional esthetic from the inside that
proves popular in many countries.
This product provides exceptional
storm-resistance and wind-resistance.
A fire-retardant option is also available for this
product.
The Aloha leaf is designed with a fine tip,
which more closely resembles the Coconut
Palm.
