We dropped 44 bombs as a team this year and broke almost every offensive

Limited Warranty HeavySwing hereby warrants to the original purchaser that this bat will be free of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date directly from HeavySwing or
authorized reseller. This warranty covers the one-time replacement of HeavyBat aluminum bats from the date of purchase, where a manufacturing or other defect results in breakage, severe denting or vibration,
detachment of the end cap, or broken knob during the course of normal use.
This warranty does not cover bats that have been abused or misused in any manner; bats that have undergone unauthorized repair or alteration; bats that been used in a commercial batting cage, bats purchased from
non-authorized HeavySwing dealers or individuals, or used bats purchased from resellers.
For this warranty to be valid, the bat must have been used solely for its intended purpose. Proper care must have been taken in using the bat. Using the bat to hit rocks or other objects, or for any use than its intended
purpose can damage the bat or cause injury and voids this warranty. Any alteration of a bat voids this warranty. HeavySwing is not responsible for any damage or injury that results from using a damaged or altered bat.
HeavyBat Pro bats (aluminum-wood hybrid) are covered by a one-time 30-day replacement of barrel breakage due to defect in materials or workmanship. The purchaser must return the bat to HeavySwing per return
instructions. Addition barrel replacements can be purchased in the online shop at HeavySwing.com.
Warranty Limitation and Exclusion The liability of HeavySwing shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the non-conforming bat as outlined above. Use of baseball bats is inherently dangerous and HeavySwing (including its employees, officers,
directors, licensors, agents and suppliers) shall not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect or consequential. HeavySwing will have no liability whatsoever if the product has been subjected to any abuse, misuse,
negligence or accident on the part of purchaser.
