Release and Waiver
Participation in birthday party events involves motion,
rotation and height in a unique environment. This
activity carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk.
Injuries can result from any sports activities. Although
most gymnastics-related injuries are minor, the
potential for a serious catastrophic injury and/or death
does exist. It is important that parents and students
appreciate the risk involved and obey all GYMSPORT
instruction.
I acknowledge that by participating in gym activities
and/or by moving around in the gym with its
equipment and possible uneven surfaces there is a risk
of injury. I acknowledge that I accept the risk and
WAIVE THE OPTION TO SUE should I, or any minors for
which I am responsible for, incur an injury. By waiving
the option to sue, I also hereby release GYMSPORT LLC
and its agents or employees from liability of such
injury.

Party Packages
All our Party Packages include:









A medal for our birthday guest of honor!
90 minutes of party time.
Twelve guests and the birthday kid.
Invitations to hand out to each of your guests.
Paper products (napkins, plates, forks, etc).
A small bouquet of party balloons.
Your choice of drinks for your guests.
A treat bag for each guest (containing candy and a small toy).
Set up, entertainment, serving, and clean up by our fantastic staff
Silver Party Package:
Basic party package including everything listed above.
You provide the birthday cake. No other food can be brought to the gym.
$225.00 + 30% service fee (tax and gratuity included)
Gold Party Package:
Gymsport will provide two 16-inch pizzas.
You provide the birthday cake. No other food can be brought to the gym.
$275.00 + 30% service fee (tax and gratuity included)
Platinum Party Package:
Gymsport will provide paper products and decorations with your
chosen theme. Not sure what theme to choose? We recommend
checking www.partycity.com for available themes.
This package includes three 16-inch pizzas.
You provide the birthday cake. No other food can be brought to the gym.
$350.00 + 30% service fee (tax and gratuity included)
Ultimate Party Package:
This awesome party is two hours long, and includes a piñata and the use
of our fantastic inflatable Obstacle Course! Gymsport will provide
napkins, plates, tablecloths, treat bags, and balloons with the theme of
your choice. This package includes three 16-inch pizzas. No other food
can be brought to the gym.
$600.00 + 30% service fee (tax and gratuity included)

Birthday Party Agreement & Contract
Thank you for choosing Gymsport
to be a part of your child’s
special day. Gymsport has been
hosting fantastic parties for over
18 years. So that we may serve
you better, please read and sign
the following agreement and
return it to the Gymsport office.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit
is due when your party is booked.
If you have any special requests
at this event, please be sure to
discuss them when you book your party.
Party Schedule
You will be scheduled a 90 minute time slot for your
party that will include time to play, a break in the
middle for drinks and cake, and supervised free play. We
tailor activities to suit your party’s ages and size, and a
staff member will discuss the party agenda with you to
decide what will work best.
It is very important to follow the party schedule. Failure
to finish a party on time for clean up will impede upon
the next child’s party. Please let us know if you are
interested in extending the length of your party.
Staff for Your Party
Two Gymsport staff members will be present for a Silver party.
Three staff members will be present for Gold, Platinum and
Ultimate parties and any Silver party with 20 or more expected
guests.
Appropriate Apparel
Party guests should wear athletic clothing. Please, no clothing
with buckles, zippers, etc. as these can injure children and
damage our equipment. No jewelry should be worn.

What goes on behind the scenes?
And why do we charge a service fee?
Two+ weeks before your party
You book your party, and we reserve the spot. We put together your
invitations and mail them with our birthday brochure for you to
complete and send back. We start shopping for supplies - plates,
napkins, forks, drinks, tablecloths, piñatas, treat bags, candy, birthday
medals and more!
The week of your party
After calling to confirm details and get a head count, we double check
and finalize all supplies. Gymsport staff fills piñatas and treat bags. We
pick the best available staff to run your party and make sure it's an
amazing day!
The day of your party
We pre-heat the ovens, pull the drinks out of the fridge, and get ready
to have fun! Tables, chairs and balloons are set out. Drinks and treat
bags for your party are pulled and ready to go. We prepare for any
bounce castle requests by starting to set it up 45 minutes before your
party time. If you ordered a piñata, it is hung in anticipation of party
fun!
During your party
Our amazing staff entertains your guest of honor and his or her
friends with games, obstacle courses and more! Any requests for
games or activities? Just ask—we’re here to please! One staff member
cooks the pizza and serves the food and drinks. We cut and serve the
cake (after bringing it to your child to blow out the candles!), and
make sure everyone gets a chance to eat before we go back out to
play. While you're enjoying the party, one of our staff cleans up and
packages any leftover food to go home.
At the end of the party
We gather the guests in the pit to take an unforgettable picture with
your camera, and have a race to get socks and shoes on (the winner
gets the first treat bag!). Each guest is given a goodie bag, and the
birthday boy or girl gets a special birthday medal! We collect the
presents and can even help you load them in the car. You then take
home your tired, happy kids!
A lot of hard work and preparation goes into a Gymsport birthday
party, and we hope that you appreciate the moment to sit back, relax
and enjoy the party!

With foam pits, trampolines, zip lines (and more!) we
keep the kids moving for an action-packed party. Our
staff members are full of energy and ready to play
games and keep your kids laughing from start to finish.
Party Extras!
Inflatable Obstacle Course: $125.00
Additional time: $50.00 for 30 minutes
Piñata: $50.00 (Specify theme. Includes candy.)
Additional guests: $10.00 per child
Additional pizzas: $20.00 per pizza, tax included
Our delicious 16-inch pizzas are baked fresh at our facility
and provide 16 child-sized cuts or 8 adult cuts.
Additional guest drinks: 6/$5.00 or 12/$7.50
Adult drinks: 6/$7.50 or 12/$15.00
We recommend this option if you would like to provide
drinks for the parents of your guests. Options include
bottled water or cans of Coke or Diet Coke.

Rules and Information

ADULTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE EQUIPMENT.

All children must be supervised by a parent and/or
guardian before and after the event. No children are
permitted in the gym area without the supervision of a
Gymsport staff member.

slides will be utilized during the party.
