Printing at speeds up to 100 feet per minute with print resolution up to 2400 x 1200 dpi on a variety out in the crowd. NeuraLabel Technical Support, in partnership with HP, provides on-site technical support to customers who have purchased the on-site warranty. In all cases, the customer will use NeuraLabel Technical Support as the single point of contact for all technical support issues. After troubleshooting a problem and determining that on-site support is required, NeuraLabel Technical Support will dispatch an on - site technician from HP to the customer’s site to repair or replace the unit . Hours of Coverage NeuraLabel Technical Support will provide remote technical support to customers worldwide based on the US coverage window from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding holidays. HP will be available to provide on-site support during the same coverage window and may provide additional support based on its “standard business hours” in a given region or country. This is typically defined as 8 am - 5 pm, but may vary by country.
