inside the exhibition hall, and

Shopping Extravaganza with
entertainment, food and
fun.

including type of merchandise sold. Accepted

chairs or other equipment needed to
exhibit their merchandise. All tables and
structures must be sturdy. Tables should
have a self-locking mechanism to prevent

Yes, I will be able to participate in the Trinkets and Treasures Craft Show and
Shopping Extravaganza scheduled on May 18th, in Timonium, MD. I read the
terms and conditions on the previous page carefully and agree to abide by all
requirements. I also hereby release Caring Communities, MD State
Fairgrounds, and its representatives, from any and all damages, loss or cost to
person and property resulting either directly or indirectly from the use of the
premises and/or from the exercise of the privileges granted by this permit and
shall hold from any and all claims resulting therefrom. My check for
$________ is enclosed to reserve ______ space(s). I understand that the cost
of each 10' Crafter space is $150.00. Fees and application must be received by
Caring Communities no later than May 1, 2013.
1. Rental for a crafter’s space is $150
for a 5’x 10’ area. Some tables and chairs
may be available, but are not guaranteed.
Please note: Set up is on a first come-first
served basis.
6. The vendor is solely responsible for
collection and payment of any applicable
taxes, including MD Sales tax.

the tear-off sheet with your check as soon as
possible, as spaces are filled on a first come,
first served basis. Completed applications
must be received by May 1, 2013. Spaces
will not be saved without payment. The
following terms and conditions apply to all
participating vendors, please read them

5. There is no refunding of registration fees
after confirmation. There are no exceptions.
Trinkets & Treasures Craft Show & Shopping Extravaganza
The show promoters are excited to invite you
to their huge and much anticipated Trinkets
and Treasures Craft Show & Shopping
Extravaganza. Maryland State Fairgrounds
provides an inviting indoor atmosphere for
the display of your work to reach an
enormous amount of shoppers. All proceeds
from vendors fees will support Caring
Communities and children with disabilities.
4. Set up is 8 AM Saturday morning in the
Exhibition Hall. All crafters must be set up
by 10 AM and remain set up until the end of
the Expo. It is requested that crafters’
vehicles be moved away from the Expo
entrance and to the far left of the parking lot
after set up.

3. The event is indoors and will occur rain or
shine. All displays and merchandise must fit
within the allotted 5’ x 10’ space.
