GENERAL WEDDING INFORMATION AND POLICIES
MINIMUM REVENUE REQUIREMENTS ~ A minimum food revenue amount will be assigned to your booking and included in your contract. Minimums are
determined by event space and vary based on day of the week, time of the day, time of the year, and date of the booking. Your Sales Manager will review
revenue requirements with you during your first consultation. Minimums do not include service charges, administrative fees, and taxes.
PRICING ~ Menu prices are subject to change without notice. All events are subject to the prevailing menu prices on the date of the event. Lake Pearl
will guarantee a year-over-year maximum increase of 7% for contracts signed up to two years in advance of event date. Menu prices do not include
applicable service charges, fees, and taxes. All charges and services are subject to 14% service charge, 6% taxable administrative fee, and prevailing state
and local taxes. Service charge and administrative fee are based on published menu prices and are not reduced by any promotion or discount offered.
SERVICE CHARGES, FEES, AND TAXES ~ All charges and services are subject to 14% service charge, 6% taxable administrative fee, and prevailing state

BARTENDER FEES ~ There is $75 bartender fee for any event of 75 or fewer guests requiring alcohol beverage service. This fee will show on your invoice
as an addition to the 14% service fee.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE ~ A $2,000.00 initial deposit ($4,000.00 for the Grand Ballroom) is required with your signed contract to secure your
event space, time and date. A second payment of $2,000.00 ($4,000 for Grand Ballroom) is due 90 days after signing. A third payment equal to 50% of
your estimated total (guest count x package price, plus all other fees & taxes, less deposits paid) is due 6 months prior to the date of your event. Payment
for all event services, in full, is required 10 days prior to the date of your event. Food will not be purchased, nor services scheduled for any wedding not
paid in advance. Lake Pearl will not be responsible for changes in service or menu due to late payment. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
A signed credit card authorization is required to remain on file for any additional charges that may be incurred during your event. Lake Pearl cannot
accept personal checks for final payments.
MENU SELECTION ~ Menu selections are due a minimum of 90 days prior to your event; thereafter any changes must be agreed upon by LAKE PEARL.
Tasting events are held periodically throughout the year and private tastings may be arranged for a fee. Tastings are complimentary for up to four guests.
Additional guests will be billed at $50 per guest, the billing amount may be added to your wedding invoice for all clients already under contract.
VENDOR AND CHILDREN’S MEALS ~ Meals for vendors are available and must be included in your final meal count and final payment. Vendors will only
be served bottled water and soft drinks – no alcohol beverages. Children’s meals are available for children 4 – 10 years at and must be included in final
meal count and final payment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended at any time.
GUARANTEE DUE DATE ~ The final number of guests to be served and your seating plan is due 14 days prior to your event. The guest count may not be
lowered after the guarantee is given; however, it may be increased up to 3 business days prior to your event. Failure to provide your guarantee on time
may cause delays in ordering and scheduling production. Lake Pearl will not be responsible for changes made due to late notice of guarantee.

CEREMONIES AND REHEARSALS ~ Fees for ceremonies range from $500.00 to $2,500.00, depending on number of guests, ceremony site and set-up
costs. Notice to relocate outdoor ceremonies inside due to inclement weather must be received by 8:00 AM on the day of your event for afternoon
weddings and by 12:00 PM on the day of your event for evening weddings. Lake Pearl reserves the right to modify the ceremony location based on
weather and other circumstances for guest and staff safety. Relocated ceremonies will be accommodated within your contracted event space. Rehearsal
time is available on a first come-first serve basis and is subject to our event schedule coordinated by your Sales Manager. A 30 minute rehearsal, guided by
one of our Event Coordinators, is included in the ceremony fee.
CONTRACTED USE OF SPACE: All space is contracted for the space/room and time specified above ONLY. Early or late arrivals that interfere with other
contracted events may require Lake Pearl to reassign your ceremony or event to another space.
BEACH AND GROUNDS USAGE: Beyond the scope of the spaces and times contracted above, usage of the grounds, buildings and beach are at the
discretion of management. Lake Pearl reserves the right to restrict use of any area not specifically under contract. Swimming and/or boating is permitted
ONLY when lifeguard service is available. Restricted access to the lake by actions of state or local government will not be cause for termination of the
contract. In the event swimming or boating access is limited Lake Pearl will refund any charges for lifeguard services or boating rental.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ~ The Bride and Groom with the Bridal Party only may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to an on-site ceremony for
photographs. Earlier arrivals can be accommodated based on our event schedule for a $250.00 fee. Daytime events may extend for one additional hour
subject to our event schedule. Evening events may extend one additional hour (until 1:00 AM latest) for a $500.00 fee. Tent events must end at 10:00 PM.
OPEN FIRE OR FIREWORKS POLICY ~ Open fire or Fireworks are not permitted at Lake Pearl unless client obtains a permit from the Wrentham Fire
Department; and said permit is presented a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. In the event a client is permitted fireworks by the town a fire detail
must be present, paid for by the client. Under Massachusetts laws sparklers are considered fireworks, and as such are illegal without a permit.
DRONE POLICY ~ All drone operations must adhere to all local, state and federal laws and guidelines. Proof of FAA license or certification required to be
on file a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. Guests must be informed when an aerial drone is photographing an event. Lake Pearl requires all drone
pilots to provide proof of liability insurance, minimum $1,000,000 policy, listing as “additionally insured” Lake Pearl restaurant Mgt. LLC and Lake Pearl
Park, Inc.
DISPLAYS, DECORATIONS & PERSONAL PROPERTY ~ Arrangements for set up or displays must be made through the Sales Office at least 1 day prior to
your event. All proposed displays or decorations shall be subject to the approval of Lake Pearl. All client and guest property brought onto the premises
shall be at the sole risk of the client or guest. Lake Pearl is not responsible for any damage or loss to any client or guest property for any reason. Fire
Department regulations forbid the use of open flames (all candles must be enclosed to the tip of the flame in glass and sit low in the candle holder), fog
machines, fire pits, or bonfires. The use of loose glitter and confetti is not allowed. Any personal property left on premise for more than 24 hours after
your event will be disposed of by management.
VENDOR INSURANCE POLICY ~ All vendors contracted by the client are required to follow the policies and procedures set forth at Lake Pearl. All vendors
are required to provide Lake Pearl an indemnification agreement and valid certificate of insurance.

LIABILITY & DAMAGE ~ Lake Pearl reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Lake Pearl is not liable for any damages to or loss of
equipment, merchandise, or articles left at Lake Pearl prior to, during, or following your event. The client is responsible for any damage to the building,
equipment, decorations, furniture or fixtures belonging to Lake Pearl, and for any item lost, stolen, or damaged during your event due to the actions of
your guests. Any damages or excessive clean-up will be charged to the credit card on file.
FOOD SERVICE ~ No food or beverage may be brought in or removed from the premise. Outside specialty caterers must be licensed and insured and
approved by Lake Pearl prior to signing your contract. It is the responsibility of the client to manage counts for split entrees and provide color coded
tickets or the like to indicate guest choices. Additional meals required to satisfy guests who change their order will be billed to the credit card on file.
LIQUOR SERVICE ~ Open bars will be provided with an estimated advance bar payment that will be included on your final invoice. A signed credit card
authorization is required to secure any unpaid amount from your open bar. Bar service will end at least 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. Lake
Pearl complies with all state liquor regulations and laws. Clients and their guests are not permitted to bring into the premises or take from the premises
any alcoholic beverages. We will seize and dispose of any alcohol not purchased at Lake Pearl. Lake Pearl reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to
discontinue or refuse liquor service to any client or guest at any time. No person under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcohol.
Proper identification is required for all guests to purchase or consume liquor. Special brand or beverage requests will be accommodated whenever
possible. Minimum guarantees may be required.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ~ All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Events cancelled within 90 days of the event date will be charged 100%
of the minimum food revenue amount as liquidated damages. Refunds of any estimated bar amounts overpaid will be processed within 30 days of your
event date. Lake Pearl is not liable for the failure to complete the contract due to strikes, accidents, interruption in utilities, adverse weather, or any other
cause outside of its control. An alternative room, time, and date will be offered if Lake Pearl cancels the event for any of these reasons. There are no
refunds for cancelled events.
