Our EC130 medical interior can accommodate a single patient or specialty transport, and comes with our (LPLS) Lowered Patient Loading System. The interior has three crash attenuating medical seats. Mounting of medical equipment can be done on the aft medical equipment wall rails or via the Pilot Isolation Barrier (PIB) equipment mount. The EC130’s cabin storage consists of soft good storage pouches on the aft wall and the aft side of the pilot seat. EC130 Overall Layout The United Rotorcraft EC130 medical interior can accommodate a single patient transport or specialty transport including isolette and intra-aortic balloon pump. Patient Loading System The United Rotorcraft EC130 medical interior utilizes the highly versatile Lowered Patient Loading System (pictured left). The loading systems are located on the right side of the aircraft and positioned to allow the primary care giver to be seated at the patient’s head. The LPLS swivels out the right hand passenger door of the aircraft to simplify loading. The Model 1080 Litter has litters that have a four-point shoulder harness and three lap belts. Restraint belts can be relocated along the length of the litters for increased patient comfort and access, and the headrest has multiple positions. Medical Crew Seating Our EC130 medical interior has three crash attenuating medical seats. The seats are quickly removable without tools and move forward on the track allowing medical crews to adjust them appropriately to enhance patient care and accommodate equipment for specialty transports. Each is equipped with a four-point harness. www.unitedrotorcraft.com EC130 Medical Panels A modular panel that attaches to the aft cabin wall is available with the EC130 T2 aircraft for ease of installation. Storage Systems The EC130’s main cabin storage consists of soft good storage pouches that can be configured and customized to meet specific customer requirements. A Baggage Extender is available that extends into the forward section of the tailboom in the aft cargo compartment. Oxygen System The liquid oxygen system is installed in the left aft baggage compartment and is quickly removable for servicing. Overhead Ceiling Panels/ Medical Lighting Overhead ceiling panels include IV hooks and medical interior LED lighting controls. Lighting include white and night vision goggle compatible modes. Avionics Systems As the industry leader in operational safety, United Rotorcraft has developed and certified a technologically advanced EC130 glass cockpit designed specifically for HEMS operations. This is the first airframe in the HEMS industry to include Garmin’s G500H dual-screen electronic flight display. The G500H all-in-one unit includes Helicopter Synthetic Vision Technology, terrain avoidance warning system, XM satellite weather, and GPS navigation. The EC130 T2 is available with the Garmin GTN series GPS/NAV/COMM/ MFD for enhanced navigation, communication, and situational awareness. The EC130 cockpit also is night vision goggle lighting capable and has satellite tracking equipment. These integrated systems combine to minimize pilot workload and enhance safety. COLORADO 7301 S.
