The contribution will go towards funding our Integrative Medicine services. Since 2008, AHS has been offering therapies such as acupuncture by physicians with specialized training. (continued) Inaugural Golf Charity Tournament On October 24, 2011, AHS held its first Golf Charity tournament at Stonebrae Golf Club, overlooking the beautiful Bay Area in the Hayward hills. Many thanks to our golf event committee for organizing this successful inaugural tournament! 2011 Annual Gala On September 24, 2011, AHS celebrated its 37th Anniversary honoring two AHS founding members, Dr. David Der (founding Board member) and Dr. Sue Chan (founding Medical Director). The festive evening included over 600 guests who were entertained by Lyric Soprano Margherita Valeriano and young Violinist Hilda Li. Nearly 100 guests erupted in joyous laughter, which resonated through the banquet room of the Silver Dragon Restaurant.
