Dear Parents,
Welcome to MACHANEYNU (Our Camp) 2013 and Mini Camp! We begin our summer
programs on June 10 and continue through August 9. Each week we offer a different theme
filled with arts and crafts, sports and gym, playground and water play time. Our camp is
under the direction of our school director and reliable counselors. In this section you will
find all the camp information you need including registration forms, the weekly themes,
camp fees and payment schedule.
All registration forms must be completed and returned with a non-refundable $100 deposit.
Please note “summer camp” in the memo space if paying with a check made out to The
Jewish Center; or mark the space on your application to charge your credit card and please
provide the information needed.
We request a four week minimum registration as we have found this time frame to be
beneficial, especially for our younger campers who may need the time to adjust to a new
environment.
In the Handbook, which you will receive at a later date once your child is registered, you will
find information about what they will need for camp. Along with the Handbook, you will also
receive camp paperwork including medical forms that will need to be completed and
returned to us by May 31, 2013.
We’re looking forward to fun filled, sunny days and a wonderful camp experience at
MACHANEYNU!

MACHANEYNU MINI CAMP
Dear Parents,
I am happy to announce our Mini Camp 2013 program offered for your children. We will hold
two weeks of Mini Camp prior to the start of our regular camp season. Available is a one or two
week option of three or five days per week. Space is limited to students three to five years of
age. All Mini Camp campers SHOULD BE POTTY TRAINED.
The daily activities will be based around a weekly theme and will include a circle and story time,
arts and crafts, music, physical activity and playground time. Mini Camp will be overseen by me
with the assistance of camp staff. All activities will be held on our school campus.
Mini Camp hours are from 9:00am – 12:30pm including lunchtime (12:00-12:30). You will need to
provide your child with a kosher dairy lunch. We will provide a daily morning snack for all
children.

I understand that it is the policy of The Jewish Center not to refund the $100 deposit unless my child is Wait Listed. I
also understand that refunds are NOT given for partial attendance in any camp week nor are there make-up days for
days missed for any reason. The Jewish Center reserves the right to cancel a class/program if there is insufficient
enrollment. Notification of cancellation will be made by April 15, 2013. If a class is cancelled all deposits will be refunded.
*There will be a $20 charge for ANY CHANGES to the enrollment after April 15, 2013 and throughout the summer.

2013 FEE and PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A $100 deposit is due at the time of registration. You will be billed the beginning of
April and your payment is due by May 1, 2013. Campers will not be placed in camp
groups unless we have received your full payment by the above date.
Jewish Center members will receive a 10% discount off their camp tuition.
All checks should be made payable to “THE JEWISH CENTER” and note “summer
camp” on check or you may charge your credit card by providing the information
needed on the registration form.

LUNCH PLAN
The lunch plan is based on our $9.00 lunch hour fee and billed to you at a reduced rate
when signing up for the plan. You may still partake in lunch on a daily basis if you wish
and the cost will automatically be charged to your credit card on record.

A $50 Facility Fee will be charged to each family for the 2013 summer.
Early morning Drop Off: $7.50 per day for any part of the 8:30-9:00AM time period.
