Many Thanks to the Puglympics Crew:
On May 19 from 2 to 5 we were joined by a variety of venders and our Pug
Rescue organization – P.U.G.S. (Pugs U Gotta Save). Our Pug people
participated in a variety of special Olympic events; including: Curliest Tail,
Sheddingist, Most Wrinkled Face, etc. They received their special awards on
our Olympic three tiered platform – like all Olympians. We shared our Bark
Park with over 100 Pugs and their chauffeurs.
Additional visitors were: several Pit Bulls, a couple of Pit mixes, a few
Puggles, some Dachshunds, two Chihuahuas, a Poodle mix, some beagles,
other hounds, a spaniel and numerous dog folk of undetermined ancestry
and several two footed folks from our civic league.
