MATERIALS:
• Yarn Bee®, Fleece Lite (shown in Rustica),
5 oz. skeins of 108 yds. – 3 skeins
• Yarn needle
• Stitch marker (for knitting)

Size N-15 (10 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.
or KNITTING NEEDLES:
Size 19 (15 mm) circular or size needed to obtain gauge.
CROCHET GAUGE: 8 hdc and 6 hdc rows = 4"
KNIT GAUGE: Each ripple = 4 ½”
CROCHET DIRECTIONS:
Rnd 1: Starting at the neck, ch 42, being careful not to
twist ch, sl st in first ch to form a ring, ch 5 (counts as first
dc, ch 2, now and throughout), dc in same ch, sc in next
2 ch, * (dc, ch 2, dc) in next ch, sc in next 2 ch, rep from *
around; join with a sl st to first dc. (14 ripples)
Rnd 2: Sl st in ch-2 sp, ch 5, 2 dc in same sp, sc in next dc,
skp next 2 sc, sc in next dc, * (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in ch-2 sp, sc
in next dc, skip next 2 sc, sc in next dc, rep from * around,
dc in first ch-2 sp; join with a sl st to first dc. (14 ripples)
Rnd 3: Sl st in ch-2 sp, ch 5, 2 dc in same sp, dc in next dc.
Keeping last lp of each st on hook, dc in next dc, skip 2 sts,

Starting at the bottom of the poncho, cast on 154 sts,
join, being careful not to twist sts. Place marker to
indicate beginning of rnd.

Rep Pattern Rnds 1 and 2 until poncho measures about

Rep last 2 rnds once more.
Eyelet Rnd: * K2tog, yo, rep from * around.

Bind off and weave in ends.
Tie: Using a Crochet Hook, ch 150. Finish off.
Finishing: Weave tie through eyelet rnd.
