QUINTESSENTIALLY L WEST COAST CITY INSIDER E.P & L .P E.P. + L.P., a new two-story modern Asian eatery located along La Cienega Blvd, is attracting attention throughout the Los Angeles restaurant scene. Chef Louis Tikaram, winner of the 2014 Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year award, takes a modern riff on traditional Asian recipes ranging from small plates to larger family-style offerings. E.P.’s menu is designed for sharing and showcase the complex balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors.
