The Iraqi Architecture Prize
Tamayouz Excellence Award (Established in 2012) is an independent initiative
with no political affiliation, which aims to advance the profession of
architecture both academically and professionally.
Tamayouz drives the
evolution of design excellence in Iraq and provides a healthy competitive
environment for students and architects in Iraq.

Eligibility
Only if all the following conditions apply then you are eligible to participate
▪ You (if Participating as an individual) or all your team members (if participating
as a team) finished / will finish your final year undergraduate education
between 01/09/2015 and 31/08/2016*.
▪ Participants to submit work done only in their final year of studies regardless
of the project nature, programme, budget and scale
(Students can submit Graduation
Projects or any other final year design project as long as it was produced in their final year of study).
▪ Each Team / Individual can submit more than one project but each submission
will need to be registered and paid for separately.
*Finalists will be asked to provide Proof of their status as a final year student graduating during the specified period.

Regulations
Tamayouz International’s Regulations and Guidelines
1. This is an anonymous competition and the Unique Registration Number is the
only means of identification.
2. The official language of the competition is English.
3. The registration fee ($15) is non-refundable.
4. Contacting the Jury is prohibited.
5. Tamayouz Award, as the competition organizer, reserves the right to modify the
competition schedule if deemed necessary.
6. Entrants will be disqualified if any of the competition rules or submission
requirements are not considered.
7. Participation assumes acceptance of the regulations.
