THE RACE - Susan G Komen San Antonio
18TH ANNUAL SUSAN G. KOMEN SAN ANTONIO RACE FOR THE CURE SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2015 ALAMODOME SURVIVOR CELEBRATION - 7:15 A.M. RACE START - 8 A.M. PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES PRESENTED LOCALLY BY A NOTE FROM OUR LOCAL TITLE SPONSOR In 2015, H-E-B will proudly celebrate its 12th anniversary as the local title sponsor of the annual Susan G. Komen San Antonio Race for the Cure. Susan G. Komen San Antonio has been raising funds and awareness in our community since 1997. The organization has invested more than $16.5 million in breast health services and research. Community support makes it possible to fund local breast cancer screening, treatment, survivorship, education and research programs. This allows Komen to reach people needing assistance the most — the uninsured and low-income who often face breast cancer without knowledge of the disease or resources. It is an honor and privilege for H-E-B to be a part of this vital nonprofit organization, and to add value to a mission that has laid the groundwork for some of today’s most promising breast cancer treatments. I invite you to share in our collective team spirit and join us as a corporate sponsor of the 2015 Komen San Antonio Race for the Cure. Your support is critical as we strive for even greater success. By joining us in Komen’s mission to save lives and end breast cancer, your sponsorship will ensure valuable support for a disease that truly affects all San Antonioans, either personally or through our friends, families, and neighbors. Your contribution will help our community celebrate, remember and give hope that one day we will find the cure. Sincerely, President of San Antonio Food and Drug Division BECOME A SPONSOR TODAY!
