HORACE HOLIDAY CONCERT ORDER FORM
I would like to purchase _____copy/ies of the the Horace Concert at $10.00 each. Please send the video/s home with: ___________________________________ _________ ___________________________ (Student’s Name) (Grade) (Teacher) HOLIDAY CONCERTS—Grades 4 & 5 sing at 10:00 a.m. at West Acres on
Wednesday, Dec.12. Students will be away from school from 9:15-11:45.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 17TH IS PROGRAM DAY!
Concerts are at Cheney Middle School in
the auditorium.
Grades 1 and 2 should arrive at 5:45 for 6:00
concert.
Grades 3-5 should arrive at 6:45 for 7:00
concert.
PTO SPONSORED HOLIDAY SHOPPE — will be having the event on Friday, December 14th from 8 am
until 1 pm. Your child will be bringing home a note this week explaining the Holiday Shoppe a little more. If
you are interested in helping out, we’d love to have you help from 8-11 on December 14th. If that doesn’t work
for you and you’d still like to help, I’ll be setting the shop up on Thursday, December 13th starting at 6:30

Froggy’s Christmas Choir Competition
*Voting begins Monday, December 10, at www.froggyweb.com
Starting Monday, December 10, Horace School’s grades 3-5 musical performance, led by our wonderful Mrs.
Schultz, will be posted at www.froggyweb.com. You can vote all week. The voting is unlimited. Vote early
and often!!!  The voting will close on Sunday, December 16th at 11:59am.
On Monday morning, Dec. 17, 2012, the Four Division winners (Elementary, Middle, High School, and
College/Church/Community) will be announced live on Froggy 99.9 at 8:10am by Jesse & Amanda With Pike
In The Morning!
Each Division Winner will receive $1,000 for their music program - from Today's Froggy 99.9,
and American Crystal Sugar Company.

Horace Spirit Santa Hat Day
Friday, December 21st
LOST AND FOUND —we have many wonderful clothing items that your children have misplaced. Please
stop in and collect yours. We will be donating the lost and found items not claimed by December 21st when we
leave for our Christmas break.
SUMMER BIRTHDAYS—we will be announcing summer birthdays on the half birthday date. Example
December 5th we will announce June 5th as their half birthday. If you would like to bring a treat for the
classroom on your students half birthday that would be fine.
