What is about?
It’s the set of projects dedicated to the target under 18; it’s
aimed at their involvement in sports through the teaching of
football promoted by AC Milan and the preparation of all the
players involved.
Who is it for?
National and international Sport Clubs – both amateur and
professional – technicians and graduates in physical
education, Sport Federations, Institutions and Sponsors.
What is its mission?
The promotion of the AC Milan integrated method through
the sharing of a dialogical process amied at generation sport
culture, training and organizational excellence.

The AC Milan Academy was created as
a school that trains and updates all the
coaches involved in the individual
initiatives and Rossoneri activities. The AC
Milan Academy is nowadays seen as the
official AC Milan Centre of innovation &
development, formed by high qualified

graduates,
psycho-pedagogues
and
trainers who work to promote Sport
Culture through soccer
AC Milan Academy’s aim is to develop a

the launch of complex planning

Referring

issue,
researches have been activated

the
promotion

competences
of
technical
profiles (trainers, instructors)
and management working in
sport
organizations
(Clubs,
Federations, Foundations)
Sports Clubs have the ethical
and moral duty to allocate
attention,
expertise
and
professionalism to their Youth
Sector, in order to make it grow
with human, social and sports
objectives. The Milan Academy,
through the AC Milan Junior
Projects, aims at contributing to
the growth of each child. In
order to become a real player,
children should have fun while
growing up and should be
educated in the sporting life
using their own reasoning skills:

The Milan Soccer School project offers a technical and
educational training which allows the affiliated amateur
company to assume a leading role in children’s sportive and
human growth.
AC Milan corresponds to the soccer School the role of
Educational Authority which, through football, generates and
promotes a different sport culture among children and
adults involved: technicians, managers and parents.
AC Milan supports the planning of football activities for the
under 18 target, it offers dedicated training to the technical
staff and promotes dialogue within and among the Company,
parents and institutions in order to spread sports values and

The local presence of an AC Milan coach, training sessions
with the Milan Academy staff, a dedicated digital platform, a
manual and a rich library of exercises suggested by AC Milan,
leisure and sport events.
