It’s not necessarily fall – although we love cool weather and less crowds. It’s anytime that we can get away, even for an afternoon, to take a drive down Wyoming’s many scenic roads. For that reason, we’re producing a Road Trip guide that can be used all year long. Stash this issue in your car for that next impulse trip you take. In this issue, we have something for everyone. For our active readers, there is a story on the growth of mountain biking parks in ski areas and elsewhere across the state. For those with kids or grandkids or who like collecting things, we have a safari planned around the nifty stickers that the Wyoming Department of Tourism is distributing across the state. For those who love a great burger or other road food, we have a story listing some of our favorite places to eat in Wyoming. For those who like an adult beverage to go with their feast, we have a guide to all the places in the state that brew beer, make wine or distill the stronger stuff. There is also an event calendar, so that you can be sure to catch local festivals. If you plan on a multi-day tour, we have included a directory of hotels in Wyoming, organized by region. And finally, for those who are looking for a place to stay with a sense of history, we have the 15 oldest hotels in Wyoming that retain enough of their original character to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are lucky enough to live in a place that most people only get to see on vacation. Let’s make the most of it this year! Knowing that the state’s national parks were the biggest draw for tourists, the Wyoming Office of Tourism was looking for a unique way to encourage visitors to visit other parts of the state. “The program was created as a way to get visitors off of the interstates and into our community and see what Wyoming really has to offer,” Mickey said. “The idea for the program came from meeting with key Wyoming tourism industry partners and collaborating on a type of incentive to get visitors moving within the state.” The stickers were created by artist John Bell, who designed the stickers to draw attention to Wyoming’s greatest sights. “I would do some visual research then start drawing from what I felt were the outstanding features of each location,” Bell said. “I’ve been to Wyoming many times over the years and I always love the colorful scenery. There’s so much variety in the landscape that it makes traveling around the state fun, exciting and overall a real pleasure. I wanted to capture those feelings in the stickers.” For Bell that meant creating stickers that reminded him of the vintage MARK WILCOX / WYOMING BUSINESS REPORT SNOWIES SANS SNOW - Travelers traverse the Snowy Range between Laramie and Saratoga. travel stickers and decals he collected as a child. Wrapping that style together with the unique features of Wyoming created a variety of stickers that have visitors clamoring to collect them. “What really makes this program stand out is the stunning artwork of the stickers themselves,” Mickey said. “The colors are vibrant and give a retro and nostalgic feel to some of Wyoming’s most famous attractions and also some sights and activities that people may be less aware of.” Travelers collect the stickers by visiting one of the state’s 15 visitor centers, as well as state parks and historic sites across the state. “People absolutely love the stickers,” Mickey said. “They get so excited to add them to their collection and love to hear the stories behind each of the stickers.” There are 23 different stickers and travelers must show up to the different visitor’s centers and historic sites to collect them all. “By design, no visitor’s center has all the stickers available,” Mickey said. “Some of the stickers are only available at the places they represent. To collect them all, one must travel to find those ones they haven’t yet collected.” The stickers have become so popu- lar that Mickey said they often receive calls from out-of-state about having the stickers sent to them. Unfortunately, the only way to collect the stickers is to actually visit various locations around the state. “We do however, offer to send them a ‘Yellowstone or Bust’ sticker along with our Official Travelers Journal if they would like one,” Mickey said. So far 322,034 stickers have been distributed since the program began: 90,834 in 2013 and 231,200 in 2014 to date. “The Great American Road Trip sticker program is something that ➤ See Stickers, 4B 4B | Sep. 1-15, 2014 Wyoming Business Report | www.wyomingbusinessreport.com Locations around the state where the stickers can be collected: Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center in Cheyenne 5611 High Plains Road; Cheyenne, WY 82007 Cheyenne Area Convention & Visitors Bureau 121 W 15th St ; Cheyenne, WY 82001 Northeast Information Center 5266 Old Hwy 14; Beulah, WY 82712 Wyoming Frontier Prison Museum 500 W. Finding the elusive spirits of Wyoming Microbreweries, wineries, distilleries serve up local flavor BY TIM MONROE WyoNews@BizWestMedia.com Looking for a special “cold one” or a unique local wine? Wyoming isn’t quite as known for its beer and wine production as Northern California’s vast vineyards but the state is not without locally brewed alcoholic beverages. And when Wyoming ousts national brands in favor of local production, the flavor will always be unique. The state hosts about a dozen wineries, brewpubs and distilleries where local is the flavor of the day. There are two commercial distilleries in Wyoming. The first, Kolts Fine Spirits in Sheridan, produces Koltisaka, a liqueur launched in 2005. The second Wyoming spirit is a premium small-batch bourbon produced by Wyoming Whiskey in Kirby. The first product rolled out last year amid great fanfare. Since then, several hundred cases of Wyoming Whiskey have been shipped to the state, since Wyoming law prohibits direct retail or wholesale sales by distilleries. Instead, all products go to the state warehouse where orders are filled. Beer and wine do not have to meet these requirements. Many wineries and micro-breweries have names unique to their location or just something thought up by the owners. Buffalo Jump Wines is a good example of a producer that used local legend as its label. Becky Tilden and Scott Wagner are in their fourth year operating Buffalo Jump Wines in Cody. They are working with the Uni- 30th Annual Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival September 3-14, 2014 Nancy Dunlop Cawdrey FOREVER JACKSON www.jacksonholechamber.com/fall_arts_festival/ Jackson Symphony Joshua Tobey Sculpture photography by Jafe Parsons Sept. 1-15, 2014 Wyoming Business Report | www.wyomingbusinessreport.com versity of Wyoming’s extension office in Sheridan to grow hardy grapes in Wyoming, but their wine ingredients can’t all be locally sourced. Scot t Tilden said, “ We buy grapes from anyplace we can find them. We just bought a load of cherries from Flathead, Montana, and we’ll make cherry wine out of them.” They have recently purchased grapes grown in California, Oregon and Washington. They crush the grapes in various locations and rent fermenting space at other production facilities. Fermenting takes about a month and some blending occurs to make Buffalo Jump’s products unique. “We can make wine out of anything that has sugar in it,” Tilden said. “You might not like the taste of some of the things, though.” He said their most popular wine is a robust red cabernet sauvignon. Buffalo Jump Wines sold about a thousand cases of various wines last year and owners expect to double their output this year. Like many wineries and breweries they offer tours to the public. Children are welcome but are not allowed in the dispensing rooms. They offer a “sip and paint” class where people can taste wines and paint or draw pictures at the same time. Their products are shipped throughout Wyoming and to other where they are licensed. According to Mike Moser, executive director of the Wyoming State Liquor Association, Wyoming ranks 39th in U.S. consumption of wine, at 5.2 liters a year in 2013. By comparison, the top wine consumer is the District of Columbia at more than 25 liters per year. And Wyoming ranked 15th in per capita beer consumption at 33 liters per year in 2012. To compare beer and wine consumption with distilled spirits, Wyoming ranks 7th at just over 1 gallon of pure alcohol. Moser said “pure alcohol” is defined as 200 proof or 100 percent alcohol. “A gallon of pure alcohol is equal to 2.5 gallons of 80 proof whiskey,” Moser said. Moser also cautioned that the above consumption figures are based on sales of beer, wine and spirits. “The numbers are based on sales of these beverages – which includes cross-border sales,” he said. There are a couple of micro-breweries in Cheyenne: the Freedom Edge Brewing Co. and Shadow’s Pub and Grill. Laramie, on the other hand, is home to four micro-breweries. In addition to Buffalo Jump Wines, Cody hosts a pair of breweries, Millstone Pizza and Brewery and Pat O’Hara Brewing Co. Gillette is home to four breweries while Jackson features two breweries and a winery. On the east side of Wyoming, a dozen miles from Torrington in the small town of Huntley the Table Mountain Vineyard offers a tour or tasting along with retail purchases. According to Patrick Zimmerer one Hampton Inn Jackson Hole WY 350 S. Hwy 89, Jackson, Wyoming 83002 307.733.0033 | jacksonhole.hamptoninn.com © 2013 Hilton Worldwide of their most popular brands is SOB wine, which he quickly defines as Son of a Berry wine. “It’s a raspberry wine that is very popular,” Zimmerer said. He operates a farm that has been in the same family for four generations. They specialize in fruit wines — raspberry, apple and non-traditional varieties. “We purchase a lot of the fruit from farms in the Riverton and Shoshoni areas,” Zimmerer said. “One of our most popular varieties is Cowboy Reserve, made from red grape wine that is quite dry.” Zimmerer said they hope to produce close to 5,000 gallons of wine this year. The Wyoming State Brewing Company in the historic Wonder Bar in the center of downtown Casper is targeting production of 300 barrels of various beers and ales this year. This will be up from 200 barrels last year, according to Jason Beck. Beck and Pat Sweeney are partners in the Wonder Bar, Parkway Plaza Hotel and Convention Centre and Poor Boys Steakhouse. Beck said the company resumed beer-making about 10 years ago. A fair share of beers produced at Wyoming State Brewing Company are sold in the Wonder Bar, the Parkway and Poor Boys. Brewer Ty Martinez has been with the Wyoming State Brewing Company for the past five years, where he brews beer once a week. “Brewing beer is right between a science and | 7B art,” he said. Many of the beers are made to meet seasonal demand; when pumpkins ripen Martinez makes pumpkin ale. Their October Harvest has been aging in Wyoming Whiskey barrels in the basement since January. “The barrels give the beer a unique oak and whiskey flavor,” Martinez said. The bar will sell 15-gallon kegs for special parties; their products are also sold retail through the Prime Time restaurant at Sunrise Shopping Center and the Liquor Shed on Casper’s east side. The beers range from 4.5 percent alcohol to more than 9 percent, Martinez said. Locally sourced ingredients for them are also hard to find. “We’re trying to find good Wyoming sources of hops and barley,” Martinez said. “For our apricot beer the grandparents of one of our employees sold us 90 pounds of great apricots. It was quite a job to peel and pit the fruit.” The Wonder Bar has 17 beer taps with five of them reserved for their own beer. Other varieties of beer include the Collaboration Blend; Brook Trout Blonde Ale; Rendezvous Red ale, which is their flagship variety; Oil City India Pale Ale; and Middle Platte Braggot, a mead blend with honey, barley and hops. But when you’re in a corner of the state that’s not ‘home’ – where do you go to eat? We’ve asked a selection of the state’s road warriors where their favorite away-from-home eats are. Although this is by no means a definitive list of all the best places – it’s a selection of our favorites. Whether you’re up for a great burger, a plate of Italian food or a quick snack – there is something here for everyone. And if you’re looking for a place that serves up their own site-made beer in addition to food, we have brewpubs listed in the “Spirits of Wyoming” story on page 6B. Southwest Our interpretation of the southwest region includes Carbon County, so we’ll start with what one of our tasters called the “Holy best food in Wyoming, Batman!” place to eat: the Elk Mountain Inn in Elk Mountain. Like many great things however, dining at the Elk Mountain Inn takes planning. Described by co-owner Susan Prescott-Havers as a “cross between a B&B and a boutique hotel,” the Elk Mountain Inn serves to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and “sometimes Sundays by request.” However, if the inn is full or if one of the many special events is happening, hopeful diners could find that there is no room at the inn. Save yourself disappointment and call first. When you do snag a reservation, diners can be in for a treat. PrescottHavers is Cordon Bleu trained, and together with her husband Arthur Havers turn out “simple, honest, unpretentious food that’s full of unique flavors and cooked to perfection.” Favorites include the lamb, bread pudding and sticky toffee pudding, and they have a great wine list. The Elk Mountain Lodge has just 12 rooms, so to make a night of it be sure to plan ahead. If you arrive in Saratoga around lunchtime, (the Elk Mountain Inn does not serve lunch) Prescott-Havers recommends the Crossing Café. “It’s good, fresh food,” she said, “and they make their own burgers – none of that frozen stuff!” A bit farther west along I-80 is the town of Saratoga, where you’ll find two spicy options. UW professor Anne Alexander grew up in New Mexico, and knows her chilies. She calls the Mexican food at Del Rio “massively excellent” and the green chile burgers at the Wolf Inn “to die for.” ➤ See Eats, 10B COURTESY ELK MOUNTAIN INN SUPREME CUISINE - Chef and co-owner of the Elk Mountain Inn, Susan Prescott-Havers serves up gourmet meals for those lucky enough to snare a table. The man has literally cycled around the world, taking seven years in the 1980s to traverse 45,000 miles in 45 countries. Yet with that much experience, Young is pleased to call Jackson Hole home. “I realized that, if I could ride a bike around the world, what potential there could be for bicycling and walking in everyday travel and in improving the health and quality of life in our communities,” he said. Years after his globetrotting ride, Young has been instrumental in improving local pathways and advocating a richer network for two wheels. Before he started Wyoming Pathways, Young was executive director of Friends of Pathways in Jackson. The group leveraged community support to help flesh out a network of pathways in the valley that continues to grow. Now a bridge snaking across the Snake River connecting Jackson’s pathways to nearby Wilson’s is nearly complete. Those trails are only a small part of what Jackson Hole and the state have to offer, though. “We’ve got good trails,” Young said. And remember, that summation comes from someone who has biked around the world. Teton target For Young, he is just starting to see mountain biking come in vogue as a business. He said with communities realizing the health benefits of mountain biking, especially with time constraints most people deal with, more cities and resorts are putting cash into their trail networks. At Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, the investment has paid off, earning the ski area national recognition for its lift-accessed bike park. “It was a good fit for them and the visitors have responded,” Young said. The transformation from a winter-only resort to a year-round destination has been quick. This year, Targhee scored two major honors for its bike trails. Readers on mtbparks. com, “North America’s mountain bike resort website,” designated the liftaccessed trails the No. 1 rating in the Northwest, competing against resorts like Alyeska in Alaska, Whitefish in Montana and Silver Mountain in Idaho. “That award definitely put us on IMAGES BY MARK WILCOX / WYOMING BUSINESS REPORT TETON TRACKS - Gary Chrisman, an instructor at the Grand Targhee Bike Park, flies through coveted features of the park that’s rated No. 1 in the Northwest. the map for summer mountain biking,” said Jennie White, marketing and social media manager for Targhee. Shortly after that vote of confidence, the resort received an international stamp of approval from the International Mountain Bicycling Association, which named the Grand Targhee loop an “Epic Ride.” The designation is only given to demanding backcountry single-tracks (mountain biker’s lingo for a trail on which you ride) that are at least 20 miles long. The loop offers impressive views of the Grand Teton range and the surrounding regions, beyond getting riders’ hearts thumping. In the lift-accessed bike park, Targhee has ramped up its investments, putting in a flow and skills trails as part of a $1.5 million upgrade. The trails include deep dirt berms slithering through aspen groves, over wooden and earthen jumps allowing riders to get airborne, through pumping areas and offering plenty of downhill speed. Riders can pay to bring their bikes with them up the Dreamcatcher lift to score about 2,000 feet of vertical drop on each run through the Teton backcountry with a variety of trails for most skill levels. “We’ve really started in earnest to focus on our entire bike park,” said Ken Rider, director of marketing and sales for Targhee, adding that it’s become a Mountain biking is really exploding in the state. Tim Young EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WYOMING PATHWAYS “signature part” of the resort’s summer business in the last three years. “It’s definitely added a lot more activity.” Exactly how much that is in ticket sales isn’t something the resort divulges, although Rider estimated that sales have increased 30 percent for the bike park year-over-year. The resort also offers riders seeking to hone their confidence on single-track guided trips with instructors who shell out advice on how to corner quickly, jump safely or how to improve any other skill in which riders show interest. An uptick in summer usage, including lodging nights and food and beverage, has been the reward for the resort’s efforts, although Targhee still butters its bread with powdered slopes in the winter. The “Hole” package Across the mountain range, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the big dog in the winter logging more than 500,000 skier days in recent seasons, admits it is a small complement to what Targhee and the backcountry have to offer riders in the area. The two resorts on different faces of the same range often duel for outdoorsmen, and in the winter Jackson Hole, recently ranked the No. 1 ski resort in the nation, is the clear winner. But the summer may be another matter, with the resort readily acknowledging the breadth of Targhee’s trails. “Our bike park is just one piece to the trail system in this valley and we’re psyched to be a part of it,” said Anna Cole, communications manager for the resort. Even so, Cole said the resort logs 10,000 rider days for its more compact park. By contrast, the resort logs about 100,000 tram riders in the summer. The bike park is accessed purely through Teewinot, a beginner’s lift for skiers that ascends a relatively meager 400 feet to access its variety of bermed trails and jump parks. The trails are still an impressive network for the space, having been designed by the same team that created the worldfamous Whistler mountain biking park in British Columbia. The park has more tabletop jump trails than Targhee, something that one pro rider said helped his wife gain confidence jumping, something she didn’t expect. Some locals use the park as cheap summer recreation. Rawlins’ downtown has been experiencing a revival – Anong’s Thai built their first Wyoming restaurant here and continues to serve authentic Thai food. Another gem is Rose’s Lariat serving Mexican food, including their signature green chili, to a few lucky folks at a time (this restaurant is pocket-sized). Buck’s Sports Grill offers pub food including pizza and fried pickle spears if you want to eat “American.” In Rock Springs’ historic downtown there is the Bitter Creek Brewing Co., where diners can find stacks of onion rings to go with burgers, chili and sandwiches. On the west side of town, Wonderful House serves up great Chinese – hearty pot stickers and a great noodle soup, as well as most go-to favorites. When in Evanston, stop by Wally’s Burgers for classic hamburgers and fries. A specialty of the house is their Fresh Lime – crushed ice, Fresca and squeezed limes. Especially great on a hot day. West-central Lander’s Gannett Grill, named after a local peak and decorated with vintage bikes and mountaineering gear donated by the National Outdoor Leadership School, offers what may be some of the finest burgers on the planet. The fact that the burgers are made from local beef just makes them that much better. Lots of seating outdoors among the lilac bushes make this a favorite stop on the road. In Dubois you’ll find lots of options for a caffeine pick-me-up, whether from Kathy’s Koffee, Tammy’s Coffee Haus or the old-school Daylight Donuts in the Village Café. If you’re hungry en route to Jackson, consider a stop in Moose. While it’s usually jammed in summer, come fall the crowds thin and locals make a point of grabbing lunch or dinner at Dornan’s – which has, bar none, the very best view in Wyoming across the Snake River and straight up the Teton range. If you are a party of adults, check out the upstairs deck – where the view is even nicer for being 360-degrees. The Jackson restaurant scene is as fast-moving as ever, with a heavy serving of fine dining spots – but a few favorite casual dining spots endure: Merry Piglets serves up Mexican in the same spot it’s had for years – only that spot has expanded and been upgraded extensively. Sister restaurant Sidewinders almost got swept away in the slow-moving landslide, but it remains open serving up great salads, steaks and sides. Breakfast in Jackson might be the best meal of the day – with everything from fresh bagels at Pearl Street to full breakfasts at the Bunnery and Café Genevieve to heavenly baked goods at the Persephone Bakery next door to Genevieve’s. And Teton Thai is a hole-in-thewall powerhouse of Thai spice at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, sure to warm you up on a crisp afternoon or evening. B individual cabins EATS Owner Year Renovated Researched by Connie Filipovitch-Sarmiento from 10B west is taken over by Yellowstone National Park, where concessionaire Xanterra serves a wide variety of food at their properties. If heading to the park late in the season, check first to make sure they are still serving – as most close things down completely when the park closes for the season Oct. 31. In Cody, those looking for classic diner food should stop at Our Place, winner of a Trip Advisor certificate of excellence this year. This locallyowned spot serves up what our taster called “the best bacon” as well as huge portions. Coffee-holics should make sure to visit Rocky Mountain Mojoe, followed by the Beta Coffee House at No. 3 and Peter’s Café at No. 9. In between is everything from steakhouses to diners. steaks. Lovers of Italian food should make an effort to find Bosco’s on East “A” Street, or head to Boticelli’s on West Second Street. East-central Casper has seen incredible growth in the past year, and is undergoing a restaurant boom. Home-grown restaurants are a bit harder to find, but well worth the search. Eggington’s, part of a locally-owned family of great restaurants, anchors the Second Street area serving up great breakfasts. Poor Boy’s Steakhouse is another sure bet for lunch or dinner – offering quick service and tasty Southeast In Cheyenne you can’t go wrong with a burger from a steakhouse, and Steamboat’s is becoming a local institution. Laramie offers a great assortment of choices – ranging from Italian at Luciano’s to Thai at Anong’s or Thai Spice to pub food at Altitude Chophouse or The Library. If looking for something different, you’ll find it at Jeffrey’s Bistro where the chefs blend culinary styles and turn out Thai-style salads, classic jambalaya, and enchiladas Monterey. They also offer an excellent range of vegetarian dishes – which can be hard to find on the road. Wrapping up our road food tour in Centennial, check out Beartree Tavern and Cafe. Alexander recommends “anything, really” – daily specials include pork chop Monday, served with sweet potato mashers, apple sauce and garlic bread. The regular menu offers burgers, pizza, soft shelled tacos and chili. Which should cover any road food cravings left in the car. 14B | Sep. 1-15, 2014 BIKING Wyoming Business Report | www.wyomingbusinessreport.com from 9A family whose mother works in Teton Village uses the park almost like a summer camp, setting her four boys loose daily on the trails with $5 for a slice of pizza. Summer sports are a growing dynamic. Anna Cole COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER JACKSON HOLE MOUNTAIN RESORT “They ride all day and sleep like babies,” Cole said of the brothers. The boys ride so often and so well that they actually end up ranking highly against adults – even pros – in organized races. Others enjoy the park too, and it’s spurring summer growth for the resort, just like at Targhee. “Along with the bike park, the ancillary revenue that people are spending in Teton Village is really where we’re seeing the increase,” Cole said. This shows up in the sports shops and restaurants and “pretty much just in general.” And that has created a lot of momentum for summer, inducing the resort to install a ropes course and other summer-oriented activities as well. “Summer sports are a growing dynamic,” Cole said. “We see the downhill biking as an important mix to what we have out here in Teton Village in terms of activities.” Yet at the resort with the largest vertical drop in the nation, that isn’t likely to extend much farther because of the terrain that gets “very steep very quickly.” “The terrain makes it challenging and more expensive to build trails higher up on the mountain,” Cole said. “At this point I don’t see the downhill bike park expanding higher up the mountain.” Jackson’s other ski resort, Snow King, is looking to do just that though. The resort has a master plan that would see the addition of a lift-accessed mountain bike park to increase its summer viability. The resort, which was Jackson’s original ski area, has found itself increasingly overshadowed by Jackson Hole and Targhee in recent years and has begun bleeding red ink. So to make a business model that better draws out tourists in the summer season, the mountain is looking to add a variety of features, including the mountain biking park. And it’s a good possibility the trend of adding downhill biking to ski resorts will radiate out from Jackson throughout the state. “We all need to get out every day and get exercise,” said Young of Wyoming Pathways. Pedal power paths While only a small geographic area in Wyoming has lift-served mountain biking available, mountain biking trails are an increasing component of Wyoming’s tourist-attracting arsenal. Here’s a smattering of other trails to watch for on the road: Curt Gowdy State Park Like Targhee, Curt Gowdy State Park between Cheyenne and Laramie also has been designated by the International Mountain Bicycling Association as an “Epic Ride.” Its 37 miles of single-track are what Wyoming Pathways Director Tim Young calls some of the “best mountain bike areas in the state.” “It’s a bike park experience in an outdoor trail system,” Young said, pointing out that the addition of trails in the park has probably doubled park revenue. “It’s an economic boon for the whole area.” Green River Green River is best known for its trona mines, but city planners wanted a good option for kids to pursue outdoor recreation close to home. Thirteen miles of paved pathways right off the I-80 lead to the professionally designed and constructed bike park called the Lunatic Fringe. “The bike park in Green River is one of my favorites in the state,” Young said. “For a community park I haven’t seen a better park in Wyoming. It seemed to be very well used.” Lander Lander scored its first purpose-built mountain biking trails with the arrival of Johnny Behind the Rocks. “It’s fueled them to want to do more,” Young said. Young said the Lander Cycling Club worked closely with the Bureau of Land Management to get the trail system 15 miles outside of Lander in place. Casper Casper Mountain is another ski area that welcomes mountain bikers in the summer. Pinedale COURTESY TIM YOUNG The Continental Divide Mountain Biking Trail spans 3,000 miles from Canada to Mexico, and you can access one of the most scenic sections of this wilderness trail through the Green River Valley, the Wind River Mountains and Pinedale. That you let your hair down, so to speak. You let Cody be your hub while you adventured out on five spectacular loop tours. You went hiking and fishing and took amazing pictures in Yellowstone. You rode the rapids and the horses. You stepped back in time and got to know the real Buffalo Bill at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. You liked him.
