Some NSU scholarships are based on financial need. PHI THETA KAPPA SCHOLARSHIP The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is a competitive scholarship program valued at $4,400. It is awarded to transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa on their community college campuses. Ten students will be awarded $1,100 tuition waivers for four consecutive semesters. In order to be considered for the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship, students must: • Be full-time. • NSU Phi Theta Kappa evaluation form must be completed by the Phi Theta Kappa campus sponsor at their community college. (Form can be found and printed at www.nsuok.edu/finaid/scholarships.html) • Complete a Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Activity Form. • Have an associates degree. • Maintain a NSU grade point average of 3.25. • Provide proof of membership in Phi Theta Kappa (photo copy of membership card). • Be an Oklahoma resident. • Enroll prior to August 1, 2009.
