Services
Boarders at NLHTM enjoy many
amenities. Our goal is to make your horse comfortable, safe, and to provide a stimulating environment
for them to enjoy.

Fan cooled stalls with matted floors, TM salt blocks
and individualized turnout if needed.

Daily turnout to pastures or dry lot

Use of indoor and outdoor arenas

On farm access to miles of gorgeous trails

Wash bay, separate storage cubbies and tack room

Managed care services (vet, farrier, layup) for your
convenience.

Overnight guests welcome ($25/night)
Your horse will enjoy daily turnout in lush pastures or
dry lots with playmates and peaceful,
natural surroundings.
Our facility is located just 12 miles from State College
and the Pennsylvania State University, with easy access
from Rt. 322 and Interstate 99. We are just 3 miles
from Black Moshannon State Park and Sandy Ridge State
Forest, both of which allow access for trail riding.



Boarders enjoy reduced rates on lessons and admission to all NLHTM Clinics and Demonstrations.
All boarders receive a 10% discount on tack, apparel, and training items from our on site store.
Boarders can access miles of scenic trails directly
from the property, or enjoy the use of the indoor
and outdoor arenas and associated obstacles or
jumps.
When you board at NLH the visits with your
horse will be relaxing and enjoyable among a staff
of pleasant professionals.

65’ X 96’ indoor arena with sand/sawdust footing.
Dust free and well maintained. Excellent lighting and
ventilation for your horse’s comfort.
RATES AND OPTIONS:
Full Board: Includes feed (concentrates) and
excellent quality hay………………...$400/mo
Board with Lessons:…………..add $40/hour
Board with Training: Specific exercise and/or
training programs for your horse can be tailored
to suit your needs and added to your board rate.
Specific costs will vary with the type of training
requested, and the frequency and duration of the
training program.
Layup/Rehabilitation: We will care for your injured or rehabilitating horse and give it the attention and treatment needed during its time of
recovery. Costs will vary depending on the severity of the injury and the extent of necessary
treatment and rehab services required.
